The residence in which it is located is very calm, surrounded by gardens, and gives access (200m) to tennis courts, a garden for child and a mini-golf :)
The superbagnères and pyeragudes stations are nearby, as well as the lake of O and Spain.
A free shuttle leaves from outside the residence to take the skiers to the gondolas.

This apartment is very functional, it is as pleasant in summer as in winter.
The room is equipped with a bed in 160 plus flat screen.
In the living room the bench is transformed into 2 single bed by 80, there is also a flat screen.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a sink.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge plus freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, raclette, dishwasher and of course the necessary crockery.
The balcony overlooks the park of the residence.
