Looking for that special place for a great getaway in the Smokies? Look no farther! Tranquility Point has everything you're looking for and great reviews. Come to Tranquility Point to make fantastic memories. Book your stay here, you won't be disappointed.

'WOW!' is what you'll say from the moment you drive up to and step inside Tranquility Point, a secluded luxury log cabin with good access just minutes from the heart of both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. But don't just take our word for it -- read our guest comments below.

Whether you're looking for a romantic honeymoon, family vacation, or getaway for two couples, Tranquility Point is sure to please with its two master suites, each with a queen-size log bed and private full bathroom. For extra sleeping space, we have a full-size sleeper sofa in the spacious living area.

Nestled in the woods on two-thirds of an acre, you will find this smoke-free cabin clean and tastefully furnished throughout. Its all-wood interior, log furniture, and two stacked stone gas fireplaces give the cabin a warm, cozy feel...the perfect place to get away from it all.

After a fun-filled day, whether hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, outlet shopping in Pigeon Forge, or enjoying Gatlinburg's many family-friendly attractions, relax in a log chair or soak in the private hot tub on Tranquility Point's covered wrap-around deck. Enjoy beautiful mountain views. Or just pass the time away on the swing in front of the cabin -- you won't be staring at another cabin, just trees and winter views of Mount Leconte.

Inside, you can shoot some pool in the loft, play a game, read a book in one of the comfortable recliners, or watch a movie or cable television on the 37' flat screen LCD high definition TV or one of the other TVs.

If you like to cook, you'll appreciate the fully-equipped kitchen and dishwasher. Or why not barbecue on the charcoal grill outside? For your convenience we even have a washer and dryer, which means you'll be able to pack less.

Want to stay connected while you're on vacation? No problem! We have wireless internet for your convenience.

Conveniently located on the north side of Gatlinburg's Arts and Crafts community less than ten minutes from the Gatlinburg 'strip' and fifteen minutes from the center of Pigeon Forge, Tranquility Point has good, paved access with flat parking for three cars.

If mobility is a concern, you'll appreciate the fact that one small six inch step will get you into the cabin and that one of the master suites is located on the ground floor. We welcome your small, well-behaved dog with prior approval and a $75 non-refundable pet fee.

For more information, please call or e-mail us, or visit our website (see below). This is our family vacation home; we are not a management company and we do not own any other cabins. Thanks for considering Tranquility Point for your stay in the Smokies!

Beautiful and serene!

  • 5 of 5

We were so impressed with our stay. We were in the cabin for a week and found everything we needed for cooking at our fingertips. The rooms were a perfect size and all of the furniture was comfortable. The upstairs bathroom was beautiful with the large Jacuzzi tub and fireplace. We also took advantage of the pool table, out door Jacuzzi, and beautiful view. The cabin was at the end of a lane, so it was incredibly quiet and so nice to not have any traffic driving by. We absolutely loved our stay and would not hesitate to book this cabin again!

Virginia Beach

This is a superb idyllic property. The cabin has everything one could ask for and more.

My sojourn at Tranquility Point was a great first introduction to the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. The setting is bucolic, and the cabin is beautifully appointed. All basic essentials are present--kitchen utensils, and cabinets well-stocked with spices and cooking necessities (pots, pans, plates, bowls, etc.) Appliances and washer/dryer are all in fine working order. There is a hot tub on the porch outside the kitchen. The cabin is equipped with a small library of books, DVDs and various games and puzzles geared for family activities. Food Giant, a fully-equipped supermarket, is a 15 minute drive. There is a liquor store in the same strip mall..

The venue is completely private with the nearest dwelling 1000 feet down the road separated by thick forestation. It is obvious that the owners of Tranquility Point take great pride in their property.

This was a thoroughly enjoyable week for me and my Rat Terrier, ABU. I hope to return sometime. Erich Graf, Virginia Beach, VA;

Great time in the woods

  • 5 of 5

House had great view of the mountains, was near to art galleries and craft locations, and close to Gatlinburg, golf, and Dollywood (skip Dolly's brother Randy's show). Also went to Dixie Stampede.

Only issues were the wifi connection didn't work as instructed but we worked around it, and kept bumping heads playing billiards.

Perfect for a summer family vacation

  • 5 of 5

The location was great! It felt secluded enough and yet was in close proximity to all the activities we did. We spent most of our time in Gatlinburg but drove through Pigeon Forge twice, both felt very close. The property itself was perfect for our family of five (3 kids @ 6 yrs., 4 yrs., and 8 months) and during our week long visit, we had some afternoons where we had plenty of fun just hanging around the house playing pool, games, or chilling in the hot tub. I look forward to our next trip in the Smoky Mountains and will look first to see if Tranquility Point is available!

The Perfect Cabin

  • 4 of 5

I have been coming to the Smokie Mountains since I was a toddler. I know the area very well and this has a great location that gives you access to Gatlinburg strip and Pigeon Forge because it sits in the middle. You can get to both locations within 10 minutes without going through the by-pass. The cabin was wonderful, clean and fully equipped to make any meal. Great view of the mountains and the back porch is the place to hang out. It is at the top of the mountain and is the last cabin on the street. It has great privacy. The sleeper sofa was not that comfortable so we moved the mattress to the loft and one of the recliners need some TLC. Beyond that, we had a great time and the owners were really great in communicating if you need to get in touch with them. Would rent again!!! Thank you Corey Family for allowing us to stay
