About this property

Recent villa with swimming pool, very bright, sober and modern decoration, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Located in Hua Hin, on the road to Black Mountain (golf and water park), in a very quiet and secured neighbourhood and only 5 km from the center and the beach of Hua Hin. The mountains, the nearby pineapple fields and the restaurants in the nearest street allow a different approach to Thailand compared to the animation of the city center.
Interesting temples, Artists' village, an elephant foundation, a large water park, a golf course, several shops and good restaurants are only 2-3 km away.
The villa is located in a secure residence with guard and cameras. Pool maintenance is carried out twice a week.
Water and electricity are to be paid in addition at check out. The meter reading will be done at check in.
The price is 6 baht per kWh and 40 baht per m3.
This is my own house so hopefully only respectful and careful people will rent it 🙏

Exquisite villa, modern, bright, airy and fully fitted with all you could require.

The owner is extremely helpful. She arranged taxis from Bangkok at half the prices quoted in the U.K. Also arranged a hire car at a very competitive rate. The villa is very modern and just as it appears in the pictures. Plenty of room in the lounge and a beautifully equiped kitchen. Air conditioning in all the main rooms including both bedrooms. Both bathrooms are well fitted and roomy. Pool a good size. The villa is sited in a very quiet gated complex but close enough to Hua Hin to make shopping, restaurants and night life just a 6 - 8 minute drive away. If you stay in then the T.V. has a huge range of channels. Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed and I would happily return.

Lovely well equipped villa with private pool.

A very friendly owner who was always available to talk. The villa is on a very private estate. Everything is brand new and the cable tv is excellent with many sports channels. Public transport is not available but you can phone a tuk tuk or taxi. The pool gets the sun all day and there are two sun loungers and an outdoor shower. There is a convenience store nearby to get all the basics. There is also a coffee shop and two restaurants one which has a Friday bbq at 350 baht. There is a master bedroom en suite plus an extra bedroom and bathroom. Very good value for money a lovely place to get away from it all. We will definitely return next year.
