The house is organized on 3 main floors, offering 4 bedrooms (including 2 kid rooms) and their 3 bathrooms (1 bath and 3 walk-in showers) on the first two floors and basement, and a large open living room on the second floor, with a modern fire place and terraces overlooking Paris.

The rooftop is fully furnished to welcome large meals, cooked on the barbecues’, by day or night, with its full 360 ° view over Paris.

The ground floor garden offers a 6 people 4m long swim spa, heated all year long, and offering both exercising and relaxing possibilities, night and day.

On the top of the world

After having searched for the perfect house for two families who wanted a week in Paris we finally ended up with this gorgeous villa just 20 minutes from the pulsating heart of Paris. We never regret our choice and we would like to come back to the same house again. The view from the top of he house is fantastic. Sitting there on the roof in a quiet neighborhood in the evenings (and nights) made it difficult to find the beds. Sleeping with the windows open at night is no problem. It is almost as quiet here as it is where I come from in Norway. The swimming-pool and the hidden garden also made this vacation something special. The house is luxorius and much better than any hotel if you have kids. Au revoir!

Utsøkt luksushus i rolige omgivelser

Vi reiste to familier til Paris for å oppleve fantastiske byen. Med tre barn og fire voksne i reisefølget kombinert med tidligere års reiser til villaer på Kreta var vi enige om at det også denne gangen var bedre med villa enn hotell. Huset ligger i ei lita rolig gate ca 20 minutt med Metro fra sentrum av Paris. Cirka 800 meter gangavstand til Metroen på Mairie d`Issy er absolutt overkommelig. Matvarebutikk like ved Metroen hadde alt vi trengte. Bane 12 starter på Mairie d` Issy og går rett til sentrum. Praktisk og deilig! Huset er nytt og har alt av fasiliteter du trenger. Huset er eksklusivt og bygd i stål og betong. Totalt fem etasjer å oppholde seg på gjør at alle finner sin plass. Best likt var nok takterrassen som gjorde det umulig å legge seg tidlig. Man ser utover hele Paris og Eiffeltårnet som bader i lys på natta gjør oppholdet perfekt. Tror ikke man finner en bedre utsikt enn dette. At huset har ca 48 trappetrinn fra kjeller til hovedetasjen får man tåle. Lå med åpne dører / vinduer hele natta uten å bli vekket. Barna (og de voksne) elsket motstrømsbassenget. Det eneste som var negativt var dårlig internett på takterrassen og i kjelleretasjen. En inntørket og vridd planke på takterrassen fikk oss til å snuble noen ganger. Filtrene på jacuzzien trengte nok en rens men alt dette skulle bli ordnet lovte eierne. Anbefaler på det varmeste både huset og seriøse utleiere.

A perfect home for a stay with family in Paris

We are just back after a 7 days stay in this amazing house. It was really great to stay in this spacious and well-arranged house. We enjoyed a lot the view of Paris from the roof-top terrace, the swimming pool, the garden, the space, the quality of the house, and such a peaceful location! … And so close to Paris, 7 minutes walking distance to the metro station, 20 minutes from Eiffel tower, Musée d’Orsay, Le Louvre, and Champs Elysées ! The house is situated in a very quiet and SAFE area, which is not always easy to find when visiting Paris. I highly recommend this place and I will come back for sure !!
