IMPORTANT: improvements are being made to the property. From January 2023 there will also be a jacuzzi, a games room with pool table and TV corner, a shower room attached to the downstairs bedroom, a ski room and a new terrace to enjoy the sunset.

With floor to ceiling windows all around the main living floor, the views, scenery, and weather are as much a part of the internal landscape of the chalet as the furniture!

Chalet Chocolat is popular with OVO Network guests, who appreciate in particular the comfort, the decor, the views, and, the proximity to Manigod village, the ski fields, and La Clusaz.

Guests staying at the property during Tour de France week have a ringside view, as the chalet is adjacent to the main road. There is no problem accessing the property even in snowy weather, there is quick access to the ski bus, Manigod Village, the Col de la Croix Fry and beyond.

- From September 4, 2023 to December 8, 2023, work will be carried out in the indoors neighboring chalet (chalet Parakima). Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information before booking. - Until the end of November 2023, the garden is not accessible. - From December 2023, the garden is accessible but not fenced. Children will be able to play in the garden under parental supervision. - Please note: if you decide to book Chalet Chocolat together with Chalet Parakima located nearby, please be aware that none of the property's dining table can accommodate more than the capacity of each rental. - Fireworks of any kind are prohibited.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We accept a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.
