3 Bedrooms, sleeps 6 -8 max., 2 full bathrooms.This house might not be right on the lake, but it is across the road from the lake, it is like being in your own home. You don't have to bring anything with you except your beach towels and chairs. Kitchen is fully supplied with everything you need to enjoy a nice home cooked meal. Beautiful views of the lake from the deck. Dock space is available which is a short walk. Pack your lunch, snacks, and beverage and enjoy the day at the dock. Kids can enjoy fishing or swimming right from the dock. If they need more to do take a walk over to Crystal Beach where they can play basketball, volleyball, soccer or get a snack from the snack bar.
Free boat ramp, use of private dock, to swim off, or go to public beach right next door. House has cable and internet service. Quiet neighborhood with lawn to play in.

Many things to do: Plenty of things to do on the water, boat rentals from Duda's or Woodards. Horse Back riding in Castleton, Great fishing and plenty of places to purchase bait. Use of private beach, private dock goes with rental. Public beach, playground, basketball court, volleyball, snack shack, and restaurant within in walking distance. Day trips to Art in the park in Rutland 25 min. drive, Concert in the park on Tuesday's in Castleton 10min drive, Lake George amusement parks, water parks and shopping outlets 45 min drive.
Castleton has 4 trails in the vicinity, including 2 for mountain biking and 2 for rail-trails. These trails range from 9.2 to 20.9 miles in length. The most popular trails are Castleton / Hubbardton: The Battlefield Loop, Delaware and Hudson Rail Trail and Delaware and Hudson Rail-Trail (North).
