About this property

Adorable little independent house, entirely renovated in 2017, in property at the entrance of the Parc des Bauges.
Ideally located for your winter or summer holidays.
7 km from the center of Chambéry and 12 km from the Nordic Savoie Grand Revard plateau with its 150 km of cross-country ski trails, family ski resort and various mountain activities.
All stations of Savoie, Isère and Haute-Savoie between 35 minutes and 1 hour by car.
Ground floor: 1 kitchen living room, 1 bed 160 bed, separate shower room and wc
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 x 2 bunk beds, 1 shower room + wc
Equipment: dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, dryer, TV .....
Linen provided. Cleaning fees paid directly at the end of the stay from 50 € up to six people over 70 €. Uncashed deposit check 800 € drawn up on arrival.

aangenaam verblijf en mooie locatie!

de woning is niet heel groot maar bevat wel alle nodige voorzieningen die je nodig hebt om deze te gebruiken als uitval basis voor vele mooie bezoekjes naar stadjes, wandelingen, ski trips, .... dus een perfecte locatie. De eigenaars zijn zeer sympathiek en geven je wel wat informatie over wat er kan in de buurt of als je specifieke vragen hebt. Kort samengevat: een aanrader!

Très agréable séjour en Savoie

La ´petite maison ´ est très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée, les chambres sont très confortables. Au calme à flanc de montagne, nous avons apprécié la proximité de Chambéry mais aussi du massif des Bauges.

Super!!! « La petite maison » est très agréable, moderne, propre, tout est neuf, équipée il ne manque de rien! Hôte très sympathique, accueillant! Très belle balade à faire aux alentours. Bref une adresse à retenir! Nous reviendrons c’est sûr! La famille Gaget et Collier
