About this property

Enjoy your time in a Beautiful Spacious 5 bedroom 3 bath Home! The home is near Polo grounds, Indian Wells tennis stadium, golf, casinos and many more attractions!!! Pets ok! The Coachella festival is only a little over 2 miles from here!

When the weather is nice you should enjoy our backyard!! We have a lovely pool and spa to cool off in or warm the spa up for the cold nights. When you get hungry fire up the grill and blender for some great bbq and margaritas!!!! Once you are done outside, come on in and enjoy our spacious living room or entertain yourself in our game room. Here we have a new juke box for some great music while you play some table games or old school arcade games. Also, all our TV's are set up with a Amazon Fire TV so you can enjoy a movie night with popcorn.

Use of Swimming pool and Spa is strictly at your own risk. Children are not allowed to use the pool and spa unless accompanied by an adult. The owner of these premises and facilities do not accept any liability of injury or death of any person or the loss or destruction of or any damage to any property arising from the use of the swimming pool and spa regardless of the cause thereof. By booking our house you agree to these terms.

Pool heating - 75$ per day **Please note that the spa/pool is open year round. We have at times and are not able to predict repairs to the spa/pool. If you happen to be here at that inconvenient and unpredictable time, we do apologize and cannot refund payment because these occurrences are out of our control (though we will refund any extra heating fees you have paid for)*

Excellent in all the ways

Everything was extremely clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Pool was clean! Only issue was we wanted to stream a live sports game and the TVs are a little dated so we ended up having to watch on our phone! But other than that--everything was excellent.

Close to Festival grounds

Loved our family stay here, heated the pool for kids (extra but worth it). Clean, roomier than pictures show. If you're going to the fair grounds, it's a nice walk- safe neighborhood.

Christmas in Coachella

We had a wonderful visit at this home. The house is huge and easily accommodates 8-10 people. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. I prefer a softer pillow so relied on my down jacket as a pillow. The kitchen is fantastic for cooking. Plenty of seating inside and out for eating and playing games. The hot tub takes some time to warm up. The pool was cold so was not used much. We didnt have much success with the TV cable so didn't watch it which was fine with us. Thank you for a wonderful few days at your home!

Amazing stay!

Our family had a great time at this property. We hung out by the pool most of the time. The place is very clean. A lot of nearby store and restaurant. We would recommend staying here!
