About this property

Nice 3Bed/2Bath home with a screened/covered patio on a corner lot in Englewood East. Rooms include a Living Room and Den, a newly remodeled kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The 2 guest rooms are on the other side of the house. One guest room has 2 twin beds, the other has a bunk bed.

There is a large flat screen TV in Living Room and flat screen in Master Bedroom with Direct TV; also included is free Wi-Fi internet, full-size washer & dryer, BBQ grill on the lanai, and a two car garage. Less than a 15 minute drive to several public beaches on Manasota Key. The home is near the Rotonda golf courses, many restaurants, and shopping.

PLEASE NOTE THAT JANUARY, FEBRUARY AND MARCH MUST BE BOOKED AS 1 RESERVATION.

Quite neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay for 3 months,quite neighborhood, there waas direct tv advertised as part of the package but was cancelled half way threw our stay!Talked to the property manager and said it wasnt part of the plan but its was in the welcome packet,so if not supposed to be in our package, update paperwork before your customer arrives!!
