Villa of 130m2 with landscaped garden of 2500m2 fully enclosed and planted, with secure pool area (large above ground pool with access walk-in); view of our local mountain: the Pic Saint Loup (which we are so proud of and which only peaks at 600m! )

The villa is located on the edge of a classified and protected pine forest, suitable for mountain biking and ballads ... in a particularly quiet and green environment.

The living space of the garden is not overlooked, the only noise being that of cicadas and birds!

It has a capacity of 7 people maximum.

It is composed as follows:
a beautiful stay, dining room
a separate and fully equipped kitchen, with starter products provided (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee filter, cleaning products ..)
3 bedrooms (one with double bed 160cm, one with double bed 140cm, one with single bed and sofa bed 2 people, two of the rooms have direct access to the garden,
a desk,
a bathroom, separate toilet
Internet access, barbecue with plancha.
Air-conditioned with large openings overlooking a beautiful terrace of 50m2 and the garden.
It is not overlooked on the side of the place of life.

Outside,
access to the pool is private and completely enclosed;
a large playground for children (trampoline, swings, slide ...)
and at your disposal vegetables from the kitchen garden and good fresh eggs from our chickens;

The house is close to all shops


For outings,
You are 15 minutes from Montpellier, dynamic and cultural city (restaurants, museums, shopping, summer parties ..),
35 minutes from the beaches (Palavas, La Grande Motte) and 30 minutes from the river (Hérault Valley)
10 minutes by car to the Lunaret Zoo (free) which allows you to discover all its wildlife in a shady environment and to do different walks.
You can explore the famous towns and villages around Montpellier: Sète, Pézenas (the city of Molière), Aigues-mortes, Saint-Guilhem the desert (one of the most beautiful villages in France), Saint-Martin from London, the Matelles, as well as the exceptional sites of the Hérault valley, the caves of Clamouse and Demoiselles and the Navacelle cirque.

Each rental is from Saturday to Saturday.

A reduction is made for 15j or 3 consecutive weeks:
170 euros per night for a week
164 euros per night for two weeks
160 euros per night for three weeks.
