Comfy cottage on the Tuck

The house was right on the river and is nicely appointed. The location near Dillsboro is also excellent.

Mountain view

The view of the mountain was beautiful, nice deck. Upon arriving, our code didn't work on the door. My husband found a glass sliding door that was open so that is how we were able to get in. The fan in kitchen was covered in dust so never used it. Dishes in dishwasher were dirty and so was filter in dishwasher

Nice wrap around porch on the river with mountain view.

I have mixed feelings about this property. Loved that it was right on the river, the view was gorgeous. Also right on a busy highway so you get plenty of weekday road noise from big trucks. House is smaller than it looks in pics, but cozy. Couch and chairs were comfortable. I wasn't impressed with the cleaning. On the surface it looked okay, but could use a good spring cleaning. Would I stay here again? Probably not, but wouldn't rule it out completely.

Cute home great location.

Nice as a getaway for two. Negatives were the cleaning crew needs to step it up a bit and clean under and behind furniture and the master bed mattress sags and two people roll into the middle. Water pressure in the shower has a bit to be desired.
