Le logement correspond parfaitement au descriptif. Il est idéalement situé pour tout faire à pied : 5mn du marché, 10 mn du centre ville et 15 mn des thermes. C'est l'idéal pour faire toutes ses courses du quotidien, promenades le long de la charente, visites de la ville. Le cinéma (8 salles) est à 2 mn à pied. Le propriétaire est très arrangeant pour les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. La résidence est calme, je recommande vivement pour une personne seule ou un couple. Christine
