Exceptional in the city center: spacious T3 with terrace, parking and swimming pool

Lifestyle "all on foot" for this spacious 3 room apartment of 66 m2 with terrace of 7 m2 facing south east, on the 1st floor (elevator) of a luxury residence with swimming pool, underground parking, ideally located in full downtown Saint Jean de Luz but offering calm and light due to its location in a busy street and the absence of neighbors nearby. Apartment completely renovated in 2018, furnished, decorated and equipped for our personal use.

The apartment is ideally located in the city center of Saint Jean de Luz, close to shops and restaurants (Market hall at 400 m, rue Gambetta at 200 m, Place Louis XIV at 700 m), beach at 500 m, SNCF train station 600 m, Ducontenia park 100 m, pediment and cinema 300 m, fishing port 800 m.

Spacious and bright apartment (66 m2), located in a quiet street, on the 1st floor with elevator. The apartment consists of an entrance with cupboards, a large living room with American kitchen and convertible sofa bed for 2, a bedroom with a large 160 cm bed and wardrobe, a second bedroom with a double bed of 140 cm and wardrobe, a bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, and separate WC. The apartment is completed with a terrace of 7 m2 facing south-east with table, chairs, deckchairs, awning.
Shared pool open until 10 p.m. (only residence with pool in the city center).
Parking: large space (can accommodate a 4x4 type vehicle) in the basement of the residence.
Bike room (strollers not allowed in the room).

Baby bed with standard mattress and anti-reflux mattress, changing mat, baby bath, baby high chair and potty. Cot sheets not provided.

The apartment was refurbished in 2018, it is fully equipped (see description).

TV, DVD player, Wifi.

Included: 3 duvets, 6 pillows with mattress covers and protective covers. Tea towels and bath mats provided.
Linen included (fitted sheet kit + duvet cover + pillowcase + 2 hand towels per person), beds not made on arrival.

Basic maintenance products provided
Basic groceries provided (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, etc.)

Compulsory cleaning at the end of the stay, flat rate of 60 euros included in the price.

Possibility of many sports activities in Saint Jean de Luz or surroundings: water sports (surfing, sailing, canyoning, sea fishing), golf, hiking, horse riding, mountain biking, mountain, etc ... Children's clubs on the beach.

Cultural activities (cinema, concerts, toro de fuego, historical monuments, caves, crafts, etc.).

Hemos estado muy a gusto en este apartamento. La comunicación para la reserva, entrada y salida fue muy cómoda. El apartamento era amplio y muy luminoso. Las camas eran muy cómodas. Había espacio suficiente para guardar la ropa. La calefacción eléctrica nos acondicionó la casa rápidamente. La cocina estaba perfectamente equipada (menaje y electrodomésticos), incluso con algún producto de alimentación básico, incluido, lo cual se agradece mucho a la llegada. La plaza de garaje subterrámea era amplia y fácilmente accesible, con pocas maniobras. El vecindario con el que coincidimos fue muy amable con nosotros. En resumen: un apartamento para repetir!

Appartement lumineux et bien équipé dans un excellent emplacement
Ma famille (moi + mari + fille de 3 ans) a passé plus d’un mois dans cet appartement. C'était merveilleux! Tout en ville, y compris la plage et plusieurs épiceries, se trouve à quelques pas. L'appartement est propre, bien équipé et la communication avec l'hôte était excellente. Le seul inconvénient était que la piscine était plutôt froide, même si nous étions là quand il faisait chaud. Mais c'était ok - nous avons simplement nagé à la plage presque tous les jours. J'y retournerais volontiers. Merci beaucoup!!

Saint Jean de Luz est une ville balnéaire très agréable entre mer et montagnes ! Pour profiter de tous ces avantages, nous voulions une location fonctionnelle, confortable et chaleureuse à la fois. La location conjugue le tout avec brio. Un remerciement à l'équipe qui nous a accueillis et qui a établi l'état des lieux à la sortie. Un grand merci aussi à la propriétaire toujours disponible.
