Nice and comfortable house located on the heights of Touques, located in a very quiet area.
This new house with typical timbering, will delight you for your stays less than 1. 5 km from Deauville and Trouville.
Fully equipped, bright and functional, it opens onto a pleasant terrace and enclosed garden facing south (and not overlooked)
You will enjoy a private car location.

Clean and quiet

The home was very clean and comfortable in a new development on a hill about 1.5 miles from the city center. Not much easy to walk to, but quiet. Best if you have a car. There is also a supermarket 2 miles away and a cute town center with restaurants and shops. We had a short stay and spent most of our time near the D-Day sites.

Maison agréable mais quartier loin des commerces et du centre.

Maison propre, récente, et agréable, située dans un lotissement calme. Mais... Le gros point noir est la localisation. On ne peut absolument rien faire à pied. Ni atteindre les petits commerces du centre ville, ni aller à Trouville. C'est trop excentré pour nous. De plus, petite imprécision sur le forfait ménage de fin de séjour annoncé entre 65 et 95€ et finalement facturé sur place 110€ (50€ ménage + 15€ par jeu de draps pour 4 lits).

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Urlaub!

Wir haben uns in diesem sehr sauberen und gemütlich eingerichteten Ferienhaus sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe war gut organisiert. Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig, es ist von hier aus alles sehr gut zu erreichen, der schöne Strand mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten und die Promenade von Trouville auch mit einem gemütlichen Fußmarsch. Wir hatten eine erholsame Zeit. Vielen Dank dafür!

Calme mais loin des commerces

La maison peut être très bien avec quelques améliorations : Lits non faits à l’arrivée et seulement une grande serviette par personne, pas de petite serviette. Pelouse non tondue. Loin des commerces. Dans l’ensemble maison très agréable et très bien équipée, au calme. Très bonne literie.

A reserver sans hésitation

Très agréable maison de vacances récente dans un lotissement calme. Très propre garanti par le paiement du ménage de fin de séjour. Très proche de toute commodité et des villes de Deauville et Trouville. Logement très bien équipé (machine à laver, table à repasser, lave vaisselle, sèche cheveux... ainsi que de petites attentions comme des jeux de société, condiments, boite hermétiques...) Il manque juste 2 chaises longues pour un séjour parfait!
