Comfortable 2bedroom apartment. This apartment is on a third floor with elevator. Recently renovated and professionally decorated to make your stay in style. Bus stop is located 1 block from the property. This is one of the closest to New York. Easy commute to the big apple. Stores and restaurants walking distance.

We welcome to your Home. Please be advice of the House Rules, which are set up for all our guest in order to keep this place at the best ability and make your stay comfortable.
• Check In time is at 15:00 PM
• Check Out time is at 11:00 AM
• No Smoking
• No Pets Allow
• The use of illegal drugs is prohibited
• No dirty dishes at the time of check out.
• Do not eat or drink on the couches and beds.
• A reset cleaning is included at your rental for the next guest to come. Cleaning includes: Sweeping, mopping, dusting and washing linens. You are responsible to keep the kitchen clean at the time of check out.
• Be respectful of the neighbors, please no loud noises.
• Throw the garbage as often as possible (We provide Garbage bags); those are located at the bottom of the sink compartment.
• Any damage or broken items at the property must be notify immediately.
• For your own security lock the door every time you leave the premises.
• All visitors must notify and be authorized by us.
• Please turn off all the appliances before leaving the apartment (Coffee Maker, TV, etc).
• You can use the address to purchase articles for delivery, however we are not responsible for missing items or delivery issues. In the event you would like parking, it is available for a daily fee of $15 dollar per car. We will need at least a 24 hour notification for the parking in order to assign a spot for your car.
• Washer and Dryer machines are located in a common Area at the Building Complex (Next to 1715 building take ramp down to the basement). Key for for laundry room is the extra one in your key chain with the rubber cover. Machines work with coins $2.50 washing load Small $3.50 large and $0.25 for 8 minutes for the dryer.

Our little getaway

Perfect weekend stay for me and my son. Close to NYC and a bunch of other places. Place was clean and cozy. Would stay here again. 👍

GREAT STAY!!

This apartment has been very updated! It is in a pretty old building, but everyone that we came in contact with in the building was very nice. It definitely needed a bigger trash can in the kitchen and more than 6 towels for a party of 4 for a week. So if you’ll use more than 6 towels for your stay, bring your own. Also didn’t have enough coffee for the whole week as we were only given one small bag which made 4 servings. Mattresses on the two beds were very comfortable. Had plenty of feather pillows which was a change for us because we don’t use them. But we liked them. Where the couch is is a little bit of a small area, but with there being two bedrooms, we made it work. It also could have used a toilet paper holder in the bathroom because we had to put the toilet paper roll on top of the sink. These are personal preferences, but wanted to make suggestions. There are plenty of washers and dryers in the basement of the building so that made it convenient when we had to wash the towels. We would definitely stay here again if we are visiting that area.

Super Clean and Perfect Location

Location is perfect if you're traveling to NYC, bus rides leave you midtown within 15 minutes. Or take a 10 minute bus ride and take train to downtown NY. Apt. was immaculate, bedding was comfortable and pillows were perfect. For my family it was a much better stay than staying in NYC, saved a ton of money and was able to spend more in the city. Felt super safe traveling throughout and the instructions given to commute were detailed and thorough. Claudia was wonderful at promptly responding to any questions I had. Would definitely return again.
