Great place but they are cheap.

The condo was absolutely lovely! It looked exactly like the pictures and comfortably fit our group of 7. However, getting in touch with anybody to ask questions was near impossible. There wasn’t a set person to email or call to ask questions. I had tried numerous ways to get an answer to a question I had and it took us getting there to get a real answer. Also, I was so shocked that after all the random fees we got charged throughout the process, they only gave us one trash bag, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, no dish sponges, no coffee filters, etc.! We spent a lot of money to stay at this place and it was very disappointing that we had to go out and buy our own supplies. They could have AT LEAST had a few extras of everything. Other than poor communication and limited products, the place was great. So close to the beach, some good restaurants on the property, and pretty good views. If you are with young kids, I would probably advise not to come down to PCB during the month of March… the crowds were crazy and some people were sketchy but I bet the rest of the year it’s great.

Great stay

Everything was great except the sliding door in the master bedroom did not lock. Beds were comfortable and everything was nice and clean. Very impressed.

Spacious Unit - Lots of Amenities

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is very spacious and easily sleeps 6-8. It's very easy to park at the garage and walk over to the unit. Elevator rides can take some time when going down and coming back up from the beach due to the many units at this facility. The facility has multiple pools which is nice and many restaurants on site and near. The unit has sufficient pots, pans and dishes to meet most cooking needs.
