Recently remodeled with tasteful decor, this 3-bedroom, 3-bath, 1382 sq. foot townhouse is located on the east side of Del Mar Beach Club, across the street from the community beach access. Very rare - no property above or below!
A comfortable king master suite has a fantastic walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and 3rd bedroom has twin beds. The bedrooms and bathrooms are amply supplied with high quality linens for your comfort. Plantation shutters throughout. Two lovely patios. Exclusive gated community. Well equipped for a beach day, this unit includes beach chairs, boogie boards, surfboards, and sand toys.
The Del Mar Beach Club is known for its California coastal, resort style of living. This unit is located on the east side of the complex with a sunny pool, hot tub, barbecue area and two tennis courts. A quick walk across the street to the west side of the club will bring you to 2 ocean front pools, 1 heated pool, hot tub, incredible view lounge and deck, and direct access to the beach.
This charming seaside community in Solana Beach is within walking distance to Fletcher Cove, Dog Beach, Belly Up Tavern, Cedros Shopping District, Solana Beach train station, and many outdoor restaurants. It is also conveniently located thirty minutes to downtown San Diego and many famous attractions such as Sea World, Legoland, and the San Diego Zoo.
Additional amenities include 2 garage parking spaces and public parking outside the complex. There is also WIFI and cable. The apartment was clean and had all the things we needed & more!

Pleasant stay in great location

This condo was super comfy -- bedrooms and living areas. Underground parking was a nice feature. It was well-appointed and close to the beach. Lots of nice restaurants etc. nearby.

Bare bones

Supplies were enough for one day. Kitchen cabinets an corners of the floor were disgusting. Mattress was very good. Listing is a bit deseptive. We anticipated being on the ocean side of the road.
