RECENT CONSTRUCTION

Rent a mini-villa of 53m² located on a private plot of 10 000m² fully fenced with an entrance separate from that of the owners. It is located 3km from the port of Bonifacio and 5km from the first beaches.

It consists of two bedrooms with a double bed in each as well as a wall cupboard with wardrobe.

Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, combined fridge freezer, washing machine ....

Bathroom with a shower, double sink, wall hung toilet, heated towel rail.

Miscellaneous equipment: Reversible air conditioning, flat screen TV in the living room, outdoor clothes line ...
The bedroom, bathroom and kitchen windows have mosquito nets.
25m² outdoor terrace with table and chairs, shade veil and gas plancha.
4 deckchairs for sunbathing or resting in the shade of the olive trees. As well as a garden shower to rinse off after the beach and diving gear.

On request: travel cot, high chair and baby bath

Excellent séjour à Bonifacio !

La maison est très confortable, parfaitement équipée, très bien entretenue et super propre. Elle est bien située, l'accès au centre ville est facile et rapide (il est possible de se garer sur un petit parking gratuit légèrement en contrebas pour continuer à pied jusqu'au port en 5 minutes). Nous avons eu un accueil chaleureux, avec de nombreuses petites attentions de la part des propriétaires tout au long du séjour. Un grand merci à Vincente et Didier 😊.

Séjour merveilleux

Bonjour, si vous cherchez une qualité d'accueil dans un environnement merveilleux, ne cherchez pas ailleurs, Vicente et Didier sont des perles d'hôtes. Jamais eu mieux. Merci beaucoup de ces 15 jours même si le vent a perturbé nos activités. A bientôt, nous reviendrons c'est sur.

Impeccable

La maison est tout à fait conforme à l'annonce et aux photos: très récente (comme neuve), bien agencée, bien décorée, bien équipée. C'était très calme. Accueil et conseils au top de la part de Vincente et Didier, les parents d'Amandine qui ont été aux petits soins pour nous. Nous avons eu droit à des cadeaux de bienvenue et de départ ! Merci, Vincente, merci Didier. Un gros plus par rapport à pas mal d'autres locations: il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la maison (torchons, sel, poivre, huile de cuisson, huile d'olive vinaigre, papier alu, cellofrais, sèche-cheveux, plancha au gaz, ...). Excellente prestation.

Superbes vacances hivernales

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 3 semaines " A Casetta di l'Alivi" dans cette propriété plantée d'oliviers centenaires. La maison est très agréable à vivre, belle cuisine bien équipée, grande terrasse au sud. Cette villa est très bien située à 800 m de la Citadelle, proche des plages du sud-est. Il y a également de nombreux sentiers balisés pour les randonneurs. Nos hôtes sont d'une grande gentillesse et de prévenance, merci beaucoup à eux.

Formidable !!

Avons passé 3 semaines merveilleuses chez Vincente et Didier, des personnes vraiment adorables !! La maison est irréprochable tant sur la qualité des équipements, de la propreté, du jardin très agréable et de la localisation. Endroit formidable géré par des gens incroyables de gentillesse et de bienveillance. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner. Aline, Marion, Laurent et Romain ♥️
