About this property

There is only 1 complex on the Island with the view of Grand Pointe. This recently updated condo features. King bed in Master, twins in second. Sleeper in Living area. The Grand Pointe complex is located right next to the Perdido Pass and on the most beautiful beach in America. Grand Pointe has a heated indoor/outdoor pool, sauna, hot tub and BBQ grill area. There is plenty of parking and easy elevator access to the unit. Beautiful view of Perdido Pass and Gulf of Mexico.

Master Bedroom has 1 king bed,
First Guest Bedroom has 2 twin beds.
Unit also has a queen sleeper sofa.

Grand Pointe

Had a beautiful view of the gulf from the balcony. We could have stayed there and listened to the waves and felt the cool gulf breeze the entire trip. Rooms were very clean and had everything you needed. Washer, dryer, wifi, tvs in all rooms. Kitchen had stainless steel appliances and all cookware and utensils if you chose to stay indoors and prepare your own meals. Patio furniture was very relaxing. Was close to many great restaurants. The boardwalk to beach wasnt treacherous. My 5 year old son enjoyed the pirate ship that made trips by condo firing its cannons. The pools were very clean. Overall a very successfull vacation and would definitely stay at this condo again.

Great condo

Very nice condo with everything you need. Kitchen was very well stocked and outside seating was perfect for watching the boats coming through the pass. We love going to Grand Pointe and we would definitely rent this condo again.
