The Lake Retreat of Steinhatchee is a fabulous lake property in the perfect location with two houses! Come experience a dream trip that includes a memorable 5- star stay on Steinhatchee's finest private small Lake. The lake is spring-fed, Clean & Clear, stocked with beautiful fish and perfect for swimming and entertaining. The Lakehouse is a three bedroom two bath that will sleep up to 9 guests and features a very large screened in area for entertaining. The “treehouse” which is a detached rustic loft can accommodate up to 4 guests (good place for the kids?). The cabin on the lake is a two bedroom one bath with an outdoor shower and can accommodate a family of seven. A new “beach”addition with a screened in party zone is the latest addition to the cabin property. This is Steinhatchee's perfect place for a large family gathering or even the perfect setting for a wedding! Come for a fabulous weekend or enjoy a weekly stay. This place has everything a group would possibly need and can accommodate up to 20 guests with the Lakehouse and cabin on the lake properties. A trail through the woods connects this beautiful lake property to the Steinhatchee Fish and Hunt Lodge which can be added for additional guests with property listing 2913366.

Perfect family spot

Accommodating up to 20 people of all different ages in one spot is not an easy feat, but this spot did it. The kids had a blast in the lake, the adults loved the secluded area and it is located close to everything. Kirk was also really great and helpful. Can't wait to plan another trip.

The Cabin at Steinhatchee

Kirk’s property is beautiful and has great access to the heart of Steinhatchee! We loved staying at the Cabin and Lakehouse! Both had everything we needed for a great extended weekend of Scalloping! The kids fished off the dock while the adults relaxed on the deck. He had an assortment of outdoor grills that we used to entertain. We will definitely be back!
