This 3 bedroom main floor suite is the perfect space to call "home" for a few nights or a few months! This home is located in the desirable community of Varsity, NW and has been completely renovated from top to bottom in 2019. This bright, spacious, immaculate suite is located with perfect access to downtown, the U of C, Winsport (COP), major hospitals, shopping and more!

This clean and tastefully decorated 3 bedroom main floor suite is all you could want and more.

Step into a spacious, vaulted entrance and living space. Complete with modern and comfortable furnishings, a gas fireplace and a 55" LED TV with Netflix and basic cable.

Enjoy cooking? This beautiful, open-concept, well-stocked kitchen will make you glad to stay in for a home-cooked meal. We offer ample dinnerware, cooking utensils, small appliances and even some common spices and pantry items. If coffee and tea are welcomed in the morning - don't worry. We have you covered! Let the dishwasher help you with clean-up. The kitchen flows nicely into the dining room with seating for 6. A patio table is also available on the backyard shared patio in the warmer months.

Each bedroom offers a unique configuration that may appeal to different guests. Comfort is important to us, which is why each bed is adorned with crisp, white, cotton sheets, plenty of pillows. Additionally, all bedrooms have black-out blinds/curtains.

Bedroom #1 features a sprawling king-sized bed, large closet and 43" LED TV. Bedroom #2 is the brightest due the sliding patio door leading to a small, private deck with seating for 2. A custom built-in closet and shelving unit complete this room. Bedroom #3 is the most versatile. A beautiful, gold twin daybed can be the perfect resting place for one. But wait! There is a trundle bed below with another plush, full-thickness single mattress and quality bedding. A desk is nestled perfectly in a nook within this bedroom to offer a private workspace if the need arises. A closet and dresser complete this space.

This bathroom is incredible. A custom tiled glass shower with dual showerheads and powerful body sprays will draw you in and ensure that your hygiene is better than ever! A modern floating vanity, LED mirror and plush white towels are sure to impress.

Staying for a while? This space is designed for that. An in-suite, large-capacity, front-load washer and dryer will help you stay on top of your laundry.

Enjoy the warmth and comfort of controlling your own thermostat in the cooler months and cozying up by the gas fireplace. The air conditioner cools the main space in minutes and can take the edge off in the warmer months. Air conditioning is a rare find in vacation rentals!

Off-street parking is a few steps away on a private front driveway. All guests have access to the beautiful shared backyard, including the dining table, fire pit and the BBQ.

We, Casey and Brittany, have put our hearts into this property and truly tried to make it into the type of space that we would choose for a vacation, work trip or visit to Calgary. We feel confident that you will also see why we love this place!

My kiddo and I enjoyed our stay at this lovely rental. It had everything we needed and some thoughtful extras (kid-friendly books, plenty of nightlight options, lots of sunlight, and a breezy check-in/check-out process).

Lovely place with great hosts and location
Our hosts Brittany and Casey were so kind and helpful, I know we will come back😀. The house is newly renovated, beautifully decorated, and functional. Brittany has done a great job supplying things that renters need in the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. It felt just like home, and made it easy to settle in. The beds were comfortable and we used the back patio and BBQ a lot. The location is great, close to the train station and shopping areas. The street is quiet with a small free space across the street. Our hosts were very accommodating with giving us space for our bicycles. We really enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend the property.

Could not have been better
We were extremely pleased with our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this location and owner. The house was exactly as advertised and Brittany could not have been more helpful, responding quickly to all of our questions. Where else can you stay that when someone comes to clear the snow from the driveway that they also clear off your car!! We will be sure to book this location for our future Calgary visits. Awesome stay!
This space was ideal for us. We had to move out of our home for a few weeks while we renovated and we definitely felt comfortable here. Everything was clean and beautiful. We had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Family Vacation
We were very impressed with our stay here! We have a young family and upon arriving at our place we noticed we forgot an essential item for our baby. When mentioned, Brittany was kind enough to let us use hers and even dropped it off for us. The neighborhood was very quiet with lots of green space and a playground with tennis courts close by. There were all the basic amenities (including coffee and popcorn) and even some bonus items of board games and a swing out front. The luxury bedding guaranteed a good night sleep with lots of comfortable sitting areas. Overall a great place for a family getaway with lots of space and comfort.

We, Casey and Brittany, live in Calgary, Alberta with our four young children. We absolutely love this city! The daily views of the Rocky Mountains and the rolling hills that the city is built on is truly exquisite in every season.

Casey owns a plumbing company in the city and Brittany is a Registered Nurse at the Alberta Children's Hospital. We are inspired by older homes in great neighbourhoods with good bones and are passionate about turning them into something special. We would love to share our creations and love for hosting with you!

Our crew enjoys being active and spending time with friends and family. We love to be outdoors and always enjoy a new challenge. Our lives have been a whirlwind over the past few years and we have enjoyed every minute!

We have always loved the community of Varsity. It is located in the NW quadrant of Calgary, which is usually viewed as being more established and affluent than other areas. This property is in close proximity to many institutions and events that may draw guests to choose our suites over others.

Real Estate is something that really excites us. Brittany is skilled with finding homes that have heaps of potential and Casey is amazing at turning our dreams and visions into realities. We do nearly every bit of the renovations ourselves and do them with style, function and safety in mind.

This home had tons of unique character and plenty of natural light. The location was ideal and the neighbours were kind and friendly. How could we resist!? We hope you can see what we see in this property and can enjoy it immensely.
