You will appreciate this mid-century desert view home that is perfectly located just 1/2 mile from Palm Desert Town Center and walking distance to El Paseo dining and shopping. It is also walking distance to Cahuilla Hills hiking trails and community tennis courts along with the Bump and Grind mountain trails.

This home is a classic with its high vaulted wood beam ceilings.
The back yard is very private yet has wonderful views front and back of the mountains, palm trees, and beautiful sky. It is a very spacious double lot with minimalist desert landscape.

The home has porcelain tile throughout. The house i equipped with a refrigerator, full-size washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso and coffee machines. The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking and entertainment needs.

The light bright living area flows into the patio and pool area creating a very open feeling. The living room has a comfortable deep sectional and 48 inch smart HDTV with blue ray/DVD to relax and kick back to. Games and DVDs are available. Unlimited WiFi is provided.

The master bedroom has a Cal King Bamboo memory foam bed, a 42-inch flat screen TV and a Blue Ray/DVD player. It has its own new split level a/c and heat unit that is very quiet. It has a large closet that adjoins the laundry and master bath which has a new tile shower.

Bedrooms #2 and #3 both have queen bamboo memory foam beds. All the beds are provided with two sets of high-quality soft linens.

After a day of hiking, golfing, tennis, shopping or sightseeing, relaxing by your own private pool is a perfect way to unwind. When the sunsets you can enjoy the fire table with 6 swivel chairs to help you enjoy every angle of the wonderful view. It also has a new gas bbq to cook up some dinner. Outdoor living at its best. Enjoy those sunsets.

There is plenty of parking for three cars including an open carport.

Spring Golf & Swim

Best location in Palm Desert with a private pool. We kept busy with early morning desert hikes on the Gabby Hayes trail, breakfasts, lunches, and sunset dinners either on our own private pool patio or at one of the fantastic local restaurants. Numerous golf courses are minutes away, the beautiful Living Desert gardens is a must see for anyone, and the El Paseo drive is a shoppers paradise. Highly recommended!

Palm Desert Getaway

Perfect location for walking to the El Paseo shopping areas as well as hiking the many trails in the neighborhood. Very comfortable home and the kitchen is very well stocked from cookware, spices, serving dishes and appliances. Great private backyard for swimming, barbecuing and outdoor dining. The owners/hosts were quick to respond with any questions or needs.

Quiet and comfort

This was a perfect location and house for my annual writing retreat of older women. The house is well stocked and well laid out for four people to work individually and together. We appreciated the outdoor space and walking distance to restaurants, away from the more crowded and noisy Palm Springs. The owners are very responsive to questions and our experience overall was great.

Our piece of heaven

We love Palm Desert and this private hideaway is a treasure. Quite with our own pool waiting for a refreshing day on the air mattress with a good book. Can’t wait until our next visit.
