Newly remodeled in 2021, it has an open 1,000 sq ft floor plan and is in pristine condition. Our home includes all the necessities for a trouble free and comfortable stay. In addition to a fully supplied home with all the kitchen, bath and bedroom amenities you will need, we also supply coolers and beach gear!

Condo was recently renovated and equipped with new modern furniture & decor. It is located in the prestigious La Costa neighborhood of Carlsbad and less than a 10 minute drive to the beach, Legoland, Carlsbad Flower Fields, Polamar Outlet Mall, Polamar Airport, Lake San Marcos and Double Peak Park.


Housing -

Our standard accommodation includes up to 4 people (two queen beds), for a fee, we can accommodate up to 2 additional people (1 queen air bed, 1 twin sofa bed).

After Booking Confirmation -

Guest to remit a $250 - $1000 (determined based on occupants/booking) refundable damage deposit/security fee within 48 hours of booking. Deposit is returned within 14 days of checkout provided all stipulations are met within the Rental Agreement. Government issued ID is required for all guests along with a signed rental agreement. Guests and vehicles will be required to register with the HOA.
