Terrible Experience, Unprofessional, Dangerous, Negligent, Given wrong key and no response to calls

We arrived after-hours and our cabin key didn’t work, we were locked out in 8 degree weather, Owner admitted to sleeping with earplugs in so they didn’t hear the emergency line ring despite multiple calls/messages, never received a call the next morning, they immediately recognized that it was the wrong key, Owner later refused to speak to me about incident/ obviously didn’t care, only partially refunded the night. Will NEVER stay at another property managed by them. They are terrible people who just don’t care.

We noticed that the unit had very stained carpeting There were no washcloths and not enough towels The BBQ had no propane The fireplace didn’t work The views were wonderful and we had a great time!

Connie and Moreen are one of the main reasons that we visit this facility over and over. They are both very friendly and very helpful. They are both the "Gem" of June Lake and we are grateful for all they have done for us. God Bless
