About this property

500 meters from Kerhillio beach (9 km of fine sand), this 65 m2 apartment faces south. Without any vis-à-vis, you will enjoy the sea view in the small village of Kerhillio a few minutes from the village of Erdeven, "the land of the dunes" in Breton.

Close to the beaches, it is the ideal accommodation for a family or for water sports enthusiasts such as kite, wind surf, paddle, catamaran, canoeing ... (many spots and surf schools)

For lovers of surfing, kite, paddle, canoe, board, etc. possibility of storing your equipment in the garage of the house. Many spots are located in the immediate vicinity, starting with Kerhillio beach at the bottom of the house and Sainte-Barbe in Plouharnel (10 minutes) but also La Guérite in Quiberon (15 minutes), etc.

The apartment is on the 1st floor of a 2-storey house. No one occupies the ground floor and I live alone on the 2nd floor. You will therefore be calm. We share the stairwell.
