About this property

This is a completely remodeled and redecorated BEACHFRONT condo. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the unit is spacious enough for your group vacation. Enjoy the beauty of every breathtaking sunrise and sunset from our well appointed 6th floor unit. The condo is centrally located and close to everything PCB has to offer. Located in the Grandview East Condominiums.

There is something for everyone at PCB! We love time relaxing on the beach, while others in our group love to be "on the go" playing putt putt and visiting Pier Park. Panama City blends relaxation with "on the go" fun so well that we knew we wanted to come back again and again.

We have updated the decor and several of the finishes in 2019. We hope that these changes add to the enjoyment of our guests. We are located on the part of Panama City Beach known as "Long Beach." The condominium complex is Grandview East Condominiums.

THE LAYOUT OF THE CONDO:

* PRIMARY BEDROOM: Beach front view, Balcony access, King bed, Smart TV, Ensuite Bathroom with dual sinks, jacuzzi tub, and separate shower
* BEDROOM 2: Queen bed, Smart TV, Access to 2nd bathroom with shower/tub combo.
* BEDROOM 3:Full over full bunk bed (only one adult or two children on the top bunk),Twin pull out trundle, Smart TV
* LIVING ROOM: Balcony Access with fantastic view of the gulf! Sofa with queen sofa bed, Loveseat, Smart TV
* DINING: Dining Table seats 6. Bar area has 4 barstools.

PARKING: Grandview East allows 2 unassigned parking places per unit for the parking lot across the street. There is a 2 vehicle limit. The parking pass must be displayed in the windshield at all times. Guests may load and unload right at the entrance.

POOL: Pool is open and heated year-round.

THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS: We do not allow guests to book on behalf of another guest. The guest booking this property must be present in the unit during the reservation.

HOA requires that guests checking in be 25 years of age- no exceptions

By booking this unit, guests are acknowledging that they have read and agree to the terms in the rental agreement.

Refundable Deposit $300 which will be a hold placed on the account two weeks prior to arrival depending upon which booking platform was used to create the reservation.

Cancellation Policy and Fee: Please refer to the policy via the platform used to make your reservation. If guests have booked directly via our website:100% refund if cancelled prior to 30 days before the reservation. No refunds will be given within 30 days of the reservation if booking directly. Guest agrees to $75 cancellation fee which covers credit card processing fees.

Please note that the top bunk bed only accommodates 2 small children or 1 adult.

Check Out Procedures:
Take out all trash. Trash Chute is located to the East side of the 6th floor.
Place all used towels on the bathroom floor but leave sheets and bedding on the bed.
Load and run the dishwasher.
Don’t forget to log out of your Amazon, Netflix or other streaming services on the TVs.
Have a safe journey home!

Wonderful!

Our stay was wonderful!! The condo was very clean and well stocked! Owners were very quick to respond and great to communicate with! The only small downfall was the pool heater was not working for our stay but that was at the fault of no one. It was just unfortunate. We would definitely recommend this place for families visiting PCB and would definitely stay again if the chance arises! 5 Star! Thanks for the wonderful stay!!

Great condo

My family and I enjoyed the condo. It was very clean and everything worked well. The view was great - we enjoyed relaxing on the balcony. The elevators worked well and we didn’t have problems waiting long for them.

Great Comfortable Condo; Perfect Location

This condo has been one of my favorites our family has stayed at in PCB. It is steps from the beach. The elevators were available every time we needed them with no wait. The condo is very comfortable and the owners were great from booking to checking out. We had a minor problem arise and they handled it very quickly and always kept us in the loop. We did not have small children with us in this trip, but they had a high chair as well as a pack & play available - what a great addition to a condo when traveling with young children! They even had board games! Close to Wal-Mart, Publix, many restaurants and big city amenities. Parking was allowed right under the building for loading and unloading and more permanent parking was located across the street (just a short work). Many luggage carts were available for our use. The building has a nice, partially covered pool, as well as BBQ grills and a shaded with picnic tables. We will be back!

Great Experience

The condo met all of our expectations. The oceanfront view was amazing. The Condo was perfectly located to everything we wanted to do. We will stay here again given the opportunity.

What makes this property unique

We chose Grandview East Condominiums, because we appreciate the less crowded atmosphere of a low density complex. Our unit is well located within the complex, being on the 6th floor. The beach is very easily access from the private boardwalk with no stairs.
