2 bedroom plus den ( queen sofa sleeper), 2 bath with approx. 1627 sqft. Single level end unit. Overlooking the 8th hole of the Challenge Course with lake and waterfalls just steps away! There is a new gas BBQ on the patio where you can enjoy wonderful sunsets. Cheerful vacation home with high vaulted ceilings is nicely furnished with designer touches and a stylish Southwestern influence. The living room includes a fireplace, wet bar and wine fridge. Televisions are located in the living room, kitchen, den and both bedrooms. The cozy den offers a desk, wireless internet access and a queen sleeper sofa. Close the solid doors to the den for privacy. Beautifully coordinated bedroom furnishings in both bedrooms. Master bedroom has a private patio which is perfect for enjoying a good book. Short walk to two community pool/spa areas.

Home away from home

What a wonderful stay. This home is very comfortable and has great views. We felt right at home and we had everything we needed. We loved watching the ducks, the geese and their babies and pelicans… not to mention the turtle that lives in the large pond. We also enjoyed watching the golfers Tee off and putt on the green nearby. The host was readily available for any needs. Thank you for the stay in this lovely abode!
