Coconut Bay - Grand Cayman is perfect for a family vacation, a water sports action adventure or a romantic escape. This is a beautifully appointed, three story 2330 square feet, three bedroom, three and a half bathroom, luxury townhouse. Coconut Bay Resort is in close proximity to Seven Mile Beach (1.5 miles). The complex is built in a traditional Caymanian style, the house is situated on an upscale oceanfront development on the beautiful North West Point. The best shore diving on the island is a short walk from the lanai. It is only a short drive for boat pickups for dive and snorkel trip pickups. Discount programs are set up for diving/snorkeling/fishing/boat trips/kayaks and paddle boards through Stingray Watersports. The house is one of only 26 in the complex so the onsite facilities are not over crowded. Set amongst lush tropical landscaping, you will find two fine swimming pools and a jacuzzi, together with gazebos to provide cool shade from the afternoon sun. The house provides spacious accommodations for up to seven guests. It has three bedrooms, three full bathrooms (plus a downstairs rest room), twin zone central air, ceiling fans, luxurious open plan living and dining areas and lanai. We have extra twin size beds available if you wish to squeeze a few extra people in the condo and these can be put in the large top floor bedroom. The complex is perfectly situated for the avid diver and snorkeler with easy access to the water and only a short swim to two of the islands top dive sites. All diving rental gear and tanks are available on the complex 24/7 and there is an instructor onsite for residents. It is only a short walk to Boatswain’s Beach and the turtle farm as well as the new Dolphin Discovery.

Celebrating Birthdays & Diving

We had all 5 of our kids and 1 grandchild with us to celebrate 4 birthdays! The place was perfect! The owner and property manager were both easy to get a hold of and super helpful. Its close to everything and everyone at the property was so nice and helpful. It was easy to rent tanks and dive right off shore! We will be back for sure!

Spacious townhome

We had 3 adult couples and the property was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Beautiful landscaping. Lots to do near the location & felt safe walking around. Unfortunately, we were not able to snorkel off the property ladder due to high winds & surf during our 5 days. Fortunately, we had a rental car and enjoyed Cemetery Beach and part of 7 mile beach.

Great condo and complex with all the amenities

We stayed here for a week and it served us well. You have everything you need to make meals, and plenty of space for seven of us. We really enjoyed the ability to rent scuba gear onsite and dive directly from the property. We did not have a rental car, but the public bus system is easy to use, and you had all the essentials within walking distance.

Great for Diving

Family of divers so chose location based upon that. Easy access to both gear and tanks with great shore diving. Condo was clean with well stocked kitchen and all appliances worked. (Clothes dryer likely needs vent cleaned out. Took about 3 cycles to dry each load of towels). Firm mattresses. Next door to great food and more diving. Would recommend location for either quiet stay / diving. Does not overlook bay/water but only about a 1-2 minute walk from gear area to entry.
