Dishonest and noncommunicative

When we first arrived, we were confused at how a place could look so different from the photos, however we had woken up at 3am for a flight so we just ran an errand before returning at night. Upon reviewing our booking, we realized the host gave us a completely different house than we booked. We had to message Ramin and wait hours before she came up with some excuse as to why this happened. It was incredibly dishonest of her to shove us in a random, smaller, worse house with no warning. Did she expect us to not notice anything was wrong? Upon confrontation, it was like pulling teeth to even get her to refund us the price difference between the smaller property and the one we wanted to book. We had even called vrbo customer service, who called her as well. She completely ignored the call from vrbo. The lesson here - never book with Ramin. There is no guarantee what house you will get, she will ignore your messages for hours so you are stuck, and she really only cares about money.

Wonderful place

We came up to Yellowknife for a wedding and this house worked great for our group. All the comforts of home and a beautiful view.

Clean, beautiful

Really nice, very clean place to stay. Be aware that the deck is fully shared with the hosts so if you want full privacy this may not be the stay for you. But overall a great stay with a kind host Ramin.
