Very nice condo

Condo complex is very nice and our condo was beautiful. Condo has great view and the design allows for a nice cross breeze (watch the bedroom doors, the breeze will blow them shut). Only wish it was closer to Paradise Plaza since onsite restaurant closes at 7pm.

Wonderful place

Great place to stay, beautiful views from the balcony.! Host Alejandra was very quick to respond. Beautiful beach and pool with a great restaurant service. Would definitely book again!

Great unit in Peninsula

We have stayed in a few different units in Peninsula Nuevo Vallarta in the past two years, and this is a really good one. It's roomy, clean and everything works. The view is right out onto the beach and ocean. You will have great sunsets until about mid-March, when the sun moves north to behind the mountains and you won't be able to see it any more (if that kind of thing is important to you). There is always the glorious colour of the sky, of course! That never gets old. My only feedback regarding room for improvement in this unit is that perhaps the kitchen could be a bit better stocked: it requires more kitchen cloths, dishtowels and an improved set of cooking utensils and pots and pans. The bbq works very well; there was a full tank of propane upon our arrival. However, there were no bbq tools. The property manager is extremely easy to deal with; she is responsive and collaborative when there is an issue. I recommend this property - enjoy beautiful Peninsula!

Beautiful sunsets and well designed outdoor amenities in a modern building

Lovely apartment in a modern condominium with a great outdoor pool area and beach access. Sunsets are beautiful. We enjoyed our stay here due to the gorgeous sunsets and the pool/beach amenities. Community is safe and has paved walking, biking path. Nuevo is one of our favorite destinations. We stayed 4 weeks and space is great for 4-6 people. Very friendly staff - some english speaking. However, the unit needs attention to some deferred maintenance, repairs and replacements: The MBR furniture, bathroom showerheads (2 have salt corrosion/rust), replace pots with scraped coatings and the plastic dishes and containers (scrapes & stains). Balcony floor tiles were loose and uneven due to settling/shifting. There were no instructions for operating the convection oven, grill or stovetop (burner dials with no arrows) or toaster (no pointer on the dial). No safe in this unit. This is a family building with more unit noise than others with only glass partitions separating balconies and the “U” shape of the building. But great for enjoying morning coffee. We would consider renting again if the items listed above are addressed. Spoke to the owner’s representative and discussed all of the items above and he took photos.

Great winter getaway

Our family of five had a great time. The condo is spacious and comfortable. The beach setup and pool lounging was great. The on location restaurant was reasonably priced and had great service. All in all a great experience. We will be back!
