4 bedroom, 2.5 bath pool home. Located in SW Cape Coral just off popular Surfside Blvd on a quiet street. Complete interior newly repainted! On the far west end of the Cape. Fully furnished with all the luxuries of home! Relax around the South facing heated salt water pool under the fully screened lanai complete with dining table/6 chairs, sofa set, pub table/chairs and loungers. Shopping, restaurants, bars, beaches and the Gulf are all very close and accessible. See pictures for some of the local ammenities. 7 day minimum stay.

All trash to be taken out to end of driveway on Wednesday Night for Thursday early morning pickup.

Perfect spring training home base

We stayed there for a week during spring training. Randy was friendly, hands off but responsive. The property was exactly as advertised. The salt water pool was a highlight; our 8 year old wouldn’t leave it. Great, quiet neighborhood, close to a lot of things. 100% would stay again.

2023 Getaway

The property was as described. The owners were there to greet my wife and me upon arrival, explaining the pool and household to us. They also left a nice welcome gift of beverages and snacks for us. There were a few glitches with the dishwasher, the ice-maker and some lights that burned out, but these are normal occurrences in rentals and the owners responded promptly to remedy them. This would have been a five-star rating except the wifi signal strength is weak to non-existent at some points of the lanai, which can be a real problem for those who wish to work or play games or music outdoors while resting in the lanai. The pool temps were perfect and the saltwater filter worked great. We would recommend this location to others.

What a find!!

We have stayed at several VRBO homes across the country and this was by far the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed! Pool was fantastic, heated to 89 degrees, bedrooms were spacious, great location in a quiet neighborhood and close to lots of different activities. Deb was super responsive to questions. Couldn’t ask for more!!

Perfect place for a family to vacation.

This home is perfect for a family. Plenty of room to gather, cook and have fun. Randy and Debbie Lemke were fast to respond to requests. The pool and the bicycles were the favorites of the grandkids. The location is convenient to grocery stores, Target and Lowe’s. Definitely a place to visit again!
