This is a 1 bedroom King size Condo overlooking the pool and Marco Island River
that leads to the gulf. This unit has TV in master room and Living Room. Bar stools in Kitchin and outside balcony seating set. Includes bed, bath linens
and beach towels. Starter rolls of toilet paper, paper towels and travel size toiletries.
It's located at the gated Riverside Club. Riverside club has
awesome views overlooking Marco Bay and the Jolly bridge comng into the island. Amenities include 2 olympic size swimming pools, two outdoor Hot tubs. On property is a marina, tennis courts, shuffleboard and gas grills. Boats and boat slip rentals are available at additional charge and availability. This Pelican Pier marina and tackle shop
are located on site, just steps away from the unit. (Drinks, bar, bait and fishing accessories)
Watch the dolphins play from the lanai or fish from the docks. Enjoy a cordial at the Pelican Pier Marina or just enjoy watching the boats go by.
Beaches nearby are South Beach and Tiger Tail beach

Captain's comfort

This was our second visit and , as far as the condo, it was awesome. Our only issue, and not within the owner's control, was the loss of use of the elevator. I have mobility problems and this caused me a problem for the entire visit. AS I SAID, this condo was great little getaway!

Captain's Quarters

Unit was in a transitional stage of updating . Clean, well stocked unit which includes a washer/dryer. Views from lanai were breathtaking. Communications with Captain Guy were easy. There were a few minor items that needed attention, but whole complex was in repair mode from hurricanes. Would love to visit again next year!

Fantastic location for water lovers.

The property was beautifully decorated and had a fantastic location right on the water channel to the gulf. Surrounding construction in the complex created some problems but over all a wonderful place.

Paradise on Marco Island

Very nice condo in a great location. Close to shopping and multiple restaurants. The view is spectacular. We watched dolphins playing and the boats going by. It was a wonderful stay and we will definitely look to stay here again when we return to Marco Island.
