About this property

Our retirement home is spacious accommodating up to 6 adults. Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a 2 car garage located on the Coronado Golf Course between Lakes Coronado and Balboa. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked for entertaining in the dining room or home cooked meals around the kitchen counter height table. The covered and extended patios are furnished with table, chairs, fans, electric grill--just perfect for relaxing and watching the golfers play. The living area includes electric reclining furniture, 50" smart TV with surround sound, CD/DVD/Blue-ray disc player, with wireless WiFi for streaming movies.

Absolutely Perfect!

We couldn't have enjoyed our stay at this home any more. It was absolutely perfect. Welcoming, clean, comfortable and felt like home. The location is a great home base for exploring all that the Hot Springs Area has to offer. Would 100% stay here again and definitely hope to some day! Hot Springs Fun

Another awesome stay (we're return guests)! Beautiful property and great owners! We played 2 of the golf courses in the village, but also enjoyed Oaklawn Park and some local restaurants. If you've never been to Hot Springs do yourself a favor and make plans to go. A great town and everything out in Hot Springs Village is top notch! My wife, son and I were born and reared in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex. We love our Texas roots but when looking for a place to retire, we wanted out of the concrete jungle and into a beautiful, scenic mountain and woods setting. We fell in love with Hot Springs Village because of its slower pace of life, friendly people, and beauty. Within the next 2-3 years we plan to make this our retirement home.

Why they chose this property

Back in the 1970's, when Hot Springs Village was being developed, my parents and I toured the beginnings of the development and were very impressed! At that time, Mom and Dad decided to purchase a lot for a future vacation home. They never built it, BUT, being property owners provided the benefit of renting a vacation home at a discount. So, over the years, my family spent several holidays and weekends there! We all loved the area and dreamed that someday we would own a home here! In 2019, Bethany and I had the opportunity to buy this home to enjoy now, share with people like you, and someday for us to live here full time!

What makes this property unique

When looking for a home in the Village we entertained options of viewing the woods, a tranquil lake, or golf course. When we opened the front door and saw through the french doors that opened onto a spacious patio and had the beauty of a well manicured golf course beyond the trees, it was love at first sight.

The open concept of the home made it feel spacious and comfortable. My wife instantly fell in love with the fireplace, kitchen and master bedroom and bath. She enjoys bright colors, so and the red dining room, crown molding, wood floors and granite counter tops were icing on the cake.
