Right on the Sand! Ocean view of the world famous wedge to the Balboa Pier, you can't beat this location. Boogie board, surf, bike, stroll the pier and board walk, play at the ocean front park, grab a coffee, or a bite to eat one of the excellent restaurants.

This is an efficiency unit, appropriate for 2 adults and up to 2 children max.

One bedroom with a king bed. Plus a pull out trundle bed. Trundle bed is under the couch in the living room.
3 other ocean front units available, one right across, perfect for a multi-family vacation or a romantic getaway. Street parking.
The city of Newport Beach charges 10% TOT it will be included in the total charges when you reserve

Older building with relatively thin walls that can be noisy. Ground level unit right in the board walk/sand with ocean views, world famous wedge to the Balboa Pier. Boogie board, surf, bike, stroll the pier and board walk, play at the ocean front park, grab a coffee, or a bite to eat one of the restaurants.

Rentspree application required for reservations of 28 nights or more and be approved based on the report by the owner.

Other Things to Note:
We want to be honest and transparent with you about this building. It is an old building with a lot of character and history, but it also has a few drawbacks. The units are cozy and compact, which may not suit everyone's preferences. The walls are not very thick, so you may hear some sounds from your neighbors or the street. This may not be a problem for most people, but if you are very sensitive to noise, you may find it challenging to stay here. We hope you understand and appreciate our honesty. Please, don't leave less than a 5 star review because of this.

January stay

Overall, felt like the listing was accurate. It was right on the sand, could easily walk to local restaurants, and we had no issues finding parking since it was the off season. I feel like the owners could make small changes that would improve the property, I’d recommend having at least 2 panels of curtains per window, changing out the shower curtain as it was stained, invest in a new toilet seat as it appears to have paint stains?, and consider changing the barstools out as one of the cross bars is broken and flips down if you put weight on it. There is also only 1 mirror in the property which could be an issue if a group of girls stay here, could consider adding a cheap full length mirror to the bathroom door and adding a shower caddy for storage. I did appreciate the body wash & shampoo in the shower. We loved being able to walk right out and easily lock/unlock the unit. If we were to return, we would likely not stay here again and invest in staying somewhere nicer. It is an older building so you can hear people easily. The management was easily to communicate with and we really appreciated a late check out.

Great location!

Comfortable for two people. Cozy bedroom. We rode bikes on the boardwalk and to restaurants. Relaxed on the patio.
