Announcing a wonderful $180 million renovation starting April of 2024. This has minimal effect on resort amenities with the except of a redesign of the Mauna Kea Golf Course which will be closed. The Westin Hapuna Course is at your service. The majority of the renovation will be hotel guest rooms and a new spa. Once details are shared, we will share them you! Now, about this gorgeous villa!

Villa Features
The moment you walk into this villa (309) you will immediately feel the tropics of the island and the Aloha! We are so glad you are here! This stunning 3 bedroom king suite configuration offers the best place for 3 couples to come together. A rare combination and no request for a "king conversion"! Two of the king suites have access to the lanai while the other has a beautiful views of the Kohala Mountains. All three suites are furnished with high end decor and en-suite bath.

The open concept of the kitchen and living room double the space after pushing back the recessed lanai glass doors uniting an entertainers dream of exquisite lanai furnishings. This truly is a entertainers dream to sit back on the circular sofas and enjoy for morning coffee or an evening sunset favorite beverage. The pub style dining set offers views of the Kona coast as well as golfers along the side of the villa. Not to be outdone by the pool and spa (heated optional) with large lounges and comfortable cushions!

Be our guest as we open up this villa to share an Aloha island welcome within the gated community of Waiulaula Mauna Kea and Westin Hapuna Resort! Our pictures are worth a thousand words!

The home owner is a member of The Club allowing residential guests an option to purchase access to both The Westin Hapuna Beach Resort and The Mauna Kea Resort. 2024 rate for everyone staying this villa (6) is $180 per day for BOTH resorts! Try all 6 of you getting into Disneyland for the date at that price! Ha!

The best house in the area

In the past we have rented other houses in the area. This house exceeded all of our expectations. The backyard is a wonderful combination of sun and shade. We had everything we needed, towels, dishes, paper goods. We purchased the resort amenities, there is no need we didn’t want to leave the house. Can’t wait to come back

Great stay!

This is the third stay we've had in a Waiulaula Villa. They've all been lovely. They all have a similar layout, the big differences being the decor and the location. This one was decorated well. The only complaints I have would be the chairs by the pool were wooden, so not super comfortable, and the blankets on the beds were very thin and mattresses were very firm. Minor complaints and didn't impact our stay, but thought worth mentioning. Donna was great, and the home was beautiful!

This is our 2nd time in Wai Ula Ula and again - we had the best vacation. Donna was super responsive and we especially appreciated that our resort cards were picked up for us due to our late arrival time. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful - Awesome property !

It’s funny that my last VRBO review (August) I wrote “I have never been in a property as well stocked as this”. Now I have to correct as THIS is the most well stocked property I have ever experienced. Do not make your first grocery run without checking things out first. Any kitchen appliance or utensil that you may think you will need is already there. Paper/plastic goods in abundance. Spices/oil galore. BBQ was excellent (Wolf like the kitchen burners- 1st class). All kinds of plastic ware for out by the pool, in the hot tub or on the lanai,,, places where we spent an abundance of time especially at sunset. Place is immaculate and beyond comfortable. Donna the prop Mgr is an excellent communicator and was on top of every request/issue in a very timely manner. We would love to stay here again
