Cozy, farmhouse style cabin right on beautiful Clearwater lake in Annandale, MN. This lakeside retreat is located on a quiet, tree-lined road, providing an “up north feel.” This 1930’s cabin has been freshly updated and is the perfect spot for you and your family or friends to relax, make memories and focus on the important things in life. Sip your morning coffee while overlooking the water or drink your favorite beverage while enjoying the stunning sunset.

There are 2 bedrooms. The first includes a queen bed and the second includes a full bed. There is also a twin daybed with a trundle pull out bed. There is 1 bathroom that has a tub/shower combo. Sleeps 6.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots/pans, and a coffee pot. The water is from a well, however we have installed a RO filter for cooking and drinking.
The dining room faces the lake and seats 6. There is also a table and chairs in the seasonal porch to play games or hang out.

The laundry room has a washer and dryer and plenty of storage space and hooks for your things.

There is a patio overlooking the lake that has a seating area and fire table and picnic table. We also have a charcoal grill.

We have a dock if you would like to bring your boat (via the public access).
We also have a paddle boat you can use.

Plus a 6’x12’ inflatable Paddle North utility dock is available to rent (please inquire).

Sorry, no campers.

Please bring your own life jackets, sunscreen and beach towels. The lake has a hard sandy bottom for swimming and is popular for recreation and fishing. It has a restaurant, bait shop and boat rental.

There is also a bar and grill within 2 miles. The town of Annandale is 7 miles away and has a grocery store, restaurants, shops, coffee shop, pizza delivery place, 3 golf courses, churches, parks and more. The town of Clearwater is 9 miles away and has a restaurant, grocery store, coffee shop and more. The cabin is located 1 hour west of the twin cities and 30 minutes south of St. Cloud.

Great cabin. Great time

Really clean, cozy place and the view of the lake and the sunset was amazing. Watching the sunset over the lake with the fire pit going was fantastic!

Great family setup

Despite the record heat, we had a great mini vacation. We have three kids under 4 and they loved playing on the dock and with the paddleboat. The hosts were fantastic, quick with communication, and turned the AC on before our arrival so we didn't melt! Only wish was that it was a bit more swimmer friendly right off the shore. Would visit again!

Perfect get away to cabin that was clean, in a good location with beautiful sunsets. Wonderful time with family and friends and hosts were very responsive.

Jason and Melanie and kids live in Delano, MN. Melanie grew up close to the area and they recently purchased the cabin with big dreams to remodel/ fix up and list as a vacation rental property.

Why they chose this property

We wanted a place that wasn't too far from home. Annandale is well known for beautiful lakes. It's amazing how you feel "up north". We have family/ friends in the area so this was an ideal spot for us.

What makes this property unique

We were captivated by the charm and character and potential of this 1930's place. The bathroom was completely remodeled, we put in a wood ceiling in the living room, added wooden shiplap walls to bedrooms and we added cosmetic updates like fresh paint, new light fixtures and new furnishings. We also love it's flat lot and how it's so close to the water and the beautiful views.
