The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

This is the 3rd year we vacationed in the Villages and rented the same home for the past 2 years. We love everything the Villages has to offer. Unfortunately, we don't golf or play sports due to physical issues but, the swimming pools are what we like. We were close to the Town Centres and visited frequently. We were disappointed in the accommodation as in our opinion, the owners don't seem to care about keeping the place updated. WE did not get our monies worth!! We wish to point out issues:1) 2nd day, the washer spilled its first use all over the kitchen floor. The machine was replaced in two days. Excellent service.2) the handle on the sliding door broke but, it was replaced in a couple of days.3) the exterior lights at the garage door were both burned out. Note that one was out all last year (2023) during our stay. The patio light was burned out as well.4) the master bedroom king size bed was hard and uncomfortable. The mattress was only 6 inches deep. The owners need to replace it.5) the TV in the living room is quite old, picture is not clear and it flashes from light to dim ongoing. I mentioned this last year and nothing was done about it.6) the kitchen needs more and new pots and frying pans. they are old and scratched badly. We took our own fry pans and kitchen knives as this seems to be a common problem with rentals. 7) the bedding is cheap and not the proper size for the beds. They drag on the floor.8) the refrigerator door slams against the wall when opened. It was levelled last year but, it is not level again. Also, the seal is worn and dirty.9) the carpet definitely needs replacing, especially in the living and dining room and hallway. Dirty spots in many places.In summary, all issues we had were dealt with efficiently and Downhome staff are great. Special thanks to Kevin for his attention to detail and promptness. We would not rent that house again and have not decided if we will go back next year. You
