Pleasant Valley Retreat near Cooperstown Dreams Park & Oneonta

Our secluded home overlooking Pleasant Valley is very private, yet close to Cooperstown and Oneonta baseball tournaments and about an hour and a half drive to Albany.

The open main floor living area including the kitchen has an exposed beam ceiling. A sweeping view of spectacular sunrises and sunsets spills in the large bay window that looks out over the expansive front lawn toward Pleasant Valley. Porches face to the south and the north. A half bathroom opens off the north end of the living area.

Separate stairs lead up to the master bedroom and bath which encompass about 600 square feet of open space with large windows on the south and north sides and dormers on the east. The master bath includes a large jacuzzi style tub and a separate shower. The king size bed with extra firm mattress is perfect.

The guest wing is accessed by stairs at the west end of the lIving area. The first bedroom contains a queen size bed, and the windows face south and west. The middle bedroom contains a twin bed and a set of twin bunk beds with south and north facing windows. There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower on the west end of the house.

There are 100+ acres for you to hike and explore. Deer and turkeys frequent the front lawn which overlooks Pleasant Valley and the farm property.

Our home is a perfect quiet retreat. Up from County Highway 45, around the corner and up the hill, across the flat and you are there.

About 9 miles - 15 minutes to Cooperstown Dreams Park and 15 miles - 19 minutes to Cooperstown All Star Village.
