This cozy 3-bedroom is conveniently located minutes from Vail Village, Lionshead, and Beaver Creek. An unobstructed mountain view from the master BR and main living area. Beautiful! Nestled in a well-kept, quiet neighborhood, it's the perfect 2000-square foot hideaway after a day on the slopes.

Recently updated, it features an open-floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, spacious living room, three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and a washer and dryer.

KITCHEN & DINING
Updated kitchen features a bar for quick meals and a large dining table that comfortably seats 6 for a more formal meal. Frig and freezer, oven and electric range, microwave, dishwasher and coffeemaker are all included.

LIVING AREA
You'll enjoy the huge living area, perfect for playing games, relaxing and unwinding in front of the cable TV. Built-in speakers throughout the main living area make it easy to set the mood by simply connecting your phone.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Bring your hot chocolate, s'mores and blankets to enjoy the outdoor seating, fire pit and chiminea.

LOCATION
The condo is just a couple minutes off I-70. Two minutes from Avon and Beaver Creek and approximately 10 minutes from Vail and Lionshead. There are countless activities for the Holiday season including ice skating, hot cocoa and cookies, bonfires, shopping, outdoor movies, and luminary walks. Or, you can stay off the resorts and enjoy the numerous restaurants, sledding hills, snow shoeing, Nordic skiing and shopping centers in the area.

Lovely location

Great location and clean property! Owners were very easy to communicate with and responses were prompt and helpful. Owners spend time there so there are some personal items tucked away but plenty of room for comfort during my stay. Wonderful restaurants nearby and close to both Beaver Creek and Vail ski resorts! Lovely park across the street from the property. Gorgeous views.

Very comfortable house

We stayed over Christmas and were very happy with this house. The house is stocked with everything you could need including the little things like laundry detergent, basic spices and cooking oil. Firewood was inside waiting for us to make a fire, which we did on Christmas night. The driveway was plowed after each snow. The drive was 10 minutes to Vail, which made drops off and pick ups easy for those who didn't want to ski the same hours. We didn't use the bus system at all. There is a trail by the house which was pretty for a good walk in the snow. Whitney was great in responding to texts, however, we never needed anything! Overall a lovely home to spend Christmas in!.

Great condo

The condo was clean and in a fantastic location about 3 min from beaver creek entrance. The only negative thing I would say is that the owners personal items (such as bathroom items, medications, clothing in closets, kitchen food) were left out everywhere in the rental which was odd for a vrbo. The owner was kind and easy to communicate with. This was not a deal breaker, but The TV was difficult to manage despite hand written directions, we could never get it to work and used our Nintendo switch to hook up to TV HDMI (not a smart tv) to watch movies on a couple nights. Overall we would rent again despite the minor things we ran into. Great property just needs a few details sorted out!
