The living area offers plenty of cushy seating for everyone, a 65" smart TV, and access to the balcony and outdoor seating. The gourmet kitchen is complete with Amana stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and is fully stocked with everything needed to whip up a meal for everyone. This includes a 5.8 QT air fryer, Keurig coffee machine, milk frother, and 6 QT Instapot. There is seating at the dining table for six, and additional barstool seating.

The master suite offers a king bed, generous closet space, and leads to the master bath which is nicely appointed with a double sink granite vanity, soaking tub, and separate tiled shower. There is a guest bedroom with a queen bed, and an additional bunk room with 2 full beds. Each bedroom is outfitted with an HDTV and a DVD player. The second bathroom is conveniently located and offers a bathtub/shower combination. For your convenience there is a stackable washer/dryer, and wifi is complimentary. There is also beach service that includes two chairs and an umbrella with D302!

***There is only ONE parking pass allowed per unit - complex management rules, no exceptions. Close-by, off-site pay to park is available at Geronimo RV Park of Miramar Beach (0.4 mile). Guests will need to contact GRVP for their availability and pricing.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
