We are fairly new to VRBO, so we look forward to receiving your 5-Star feedback! Upscale renovation completed in 2020! Relaxation awaits in our 3BR condo boasting stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Back Bay from our oversized balcony. Open those windows in the MBR and sleep to the sounds of the waves..... we are steps from the beach and the main pool area which has a swim up bar and cabana hut as well as the courtyard and 2 other pools (in season). Your choice! Enjoy a week of family fun activities - swimming, surfing, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking and more or just do nothing at all! Our condo complex sits at the end of the Sandbridge Beach leaving False Cape Park and Back Bay Refuge our only neighbors. This is what makes Sandbridge Beach so special and simply tranquil.
With our recent renovation you will find all the comforts of home. Enjoy an open floor plan with plenty of room to enjoy family time or find a spot to be still. The fully equipped kitchen features an open layout into the LR and DR area and a wonderful breakfast bar. Granite countertops, stainless appliances, tons of cabinets and space. Privately located MBR and Master Bath Suite.
We love the time we get to spend at Sandbridge Beach and want our guests to enjoy all of that same experience. Owner-managed, no third-party. Your next vacation is a "Shore Thing" with us!

Awesome Spring Break

Fantastic condo in a wonderful location! The condo is beautiful and exactly as described. The property was very quiet and we had tons of space on the beach. The location is very convenient to shops and restaurants. We’ll definitely be back!

Sandbridge comfort

This property was exactly as described. Very comfortable and beautifully appointed. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously and the property owner was very responsive and friendly. We especially enjoyed the property book describing places to go and visit in the area and all of the suggestions we visited were excellent. If you want an excellent place to stay with private beach access and great amenities consider this one, you won’t be disappointed. 🏖️

Great Stay

This condo was just as beautiful as the pictures. Great layout and extremely comfortable. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Information provided prior to our arrival was detailed and very helpful. Would love to stay here again if we we ever come back to the area.

Thanksgiving 2023

I have 2 kids station in the area and couldn't come home for Thanksgiving so my wife and I went to them. The weather was not great during that week but the condo was nice and cozy. It got everything we needed. The bonus for me was it was next to a state park.

We are from the Pittsburgh area originally and moved to Virginia Beach in 2016. We fell in love with being so close to the ocean...particularly Sandbridge Beach. We enjoy escaping here with friends and family and emerge in the ultimate of relaxation. We have set our condo more in the likes of a second home than a rental property and hope you can enjoy those comforts as well.

Why they chose this property

We had just started to look for a place on the beach and fell in love when we walked into this property! Felt like our second home instantly! It is close enough to drive to the touristy area but far enough away that you can truly engage in the peace and tranquility this beautiful beach has to offer. We enjoy dolphin watching in the morning and sunsets in the evening right on our own balcony! Our condo is set up how we would like to vacation and take pride in the things we have to offer.

What makes this property unique

We are new to VRBO but not new to renting. In 2020, the condo underwent a complete upscale renovation! High end finishes with a coziness at the same time. We have MANY happy guests! You will have a personal concierge from check in to check out and beyond.
