This is a full-service resort. Your check-in procedures will model that of a hotel and your room number will be assigned during check in.

A vacation at Grande Villas offers something for everyone, featuring well-appointed 2-bedroom villas with all the comforts of home for you and your family.

Approximately 1,183 square feet, this Two-Bedroom Villa features 1 King Bed, 2 Double Beds, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room including a full kitchen, 2 separate bathrooms, and laundry. Maximum of 8 occupants.

Additional amenities include: cable television, coffee maker, ice maker, blender, hairdryer, washer/dryer, BBQ grill, microwave, oven, refrigerator, stove/range, fire pit, and iron/ironing board.

The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. Cash is not accepted. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

The check- in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to Grande Villas is Jacksonville International (JAX) which is 46 miles by car respectively. Reminder for late check-in procedures: Call the resort prior to check in to inform of late arrival. Resort will arrange for key pick-up at the lock box on site.

I liked the cleanliness and the kitchen was well equipped. I didn't like the bright lights from the pool area at night. I felt they should be either turned off or dimmed down after 11:00. The internet was not functioning except for the first night of our stay, but off the rest of the time. We enjoyed the balcony and it was great that it was protected with a screen to eliminate visits from birds.

More Specific

The only problem was, I rented for 8 people's and the photos there are 2 queen beds per room and sofa bed, but when we arrived only 1 queen bed per room and sofa bed,it is for 6 people or bring inflatable beds,they have to update the photos. The good: Excellent place,the people work in this place, very friendly, safe for children and a lot to entertain, to enjoy the places of tourism,it is only by car, I recommend it , it is beautiful.

So much to do

We took 8 people, four teens and four adults. Everyone had a great place to lay their head. The view was oughta this world. If we return, we so want this room again. The pool was the best.
