Mexilog? This is your spot! Casa Nectar is a unique boutique hotel located right on the ocean. We can rent the rooms separately or you can rent the entire hotel just for your group or party. When you rent the whole place you receive the front 3 ocean front rooms, full use of the kitchen and dining areas, the 3rd floor roof top, all hammocks etc. The views are amazing, the sunsets are amazing, and there's great waves! We are located on a magical beach and this property is direct oceanfront! You can see the stretch of coastline, the palm trees blowing in the wind, and feel the ocean air with your windows open. You can not get any closer to the sea. Its almost as if you are right on top of it when you are in the rooms. We are a small boutique hotel with a restaurant lounge area downstairs. Currently the restaurant is not in operation and instead we have a large couch area, hammocks, and tables so that you can work online or just relax with one of the best views in la Saladita. The large circular Resturant kitchen is used as a shared kitchen by the guests. If you rent the whole house you have quite a large kitchen with ocean views to enjoy. We also offer a rooftop experience with a lounge area perfect for enjoying the sunsets. Even the Wi-Fi works upstairs on the third floor so you can bring your speaker up and lay in the hammock while watching people surf in the distance at the point. We are short nine minute walk from the surf point with a world class wave. I personally walk or jog it almost every morning to surf and it’s a lovely walk. During the summer months our beach gets much smaller and rocky. You can still walk no problem but during the rainy summer months it may be more enjoyable to have a car to go back-and-forth to the point. Your host lives in the back apartment with a separate entrance, kitchen, living area, etc and will be on the property to answers questions if needed and make sure stay runs smoothly, you will have the privacy of the space but if you need anything it will attended to the host is just a buzzer away. If you would like to throw an event such as wedding or party please contact us as it could be the perfect space for it! We have a large grassy outside area as well as the hotel on the ocean.
