Our rustic Cabin is between Tenannah Lake & Lake Musoday in the Town of Roscoe. The Two beautiful lakes are within walking distance. The cabin is 3.5 to Crystal lake Forest a beautiful public lake and beach with miles of trails to hike and explore.

Check out our local town just 4 miles down the mountain you will find many delicious places to eat, the Roscoe Brewery always have live music every weeknight, The Good Do Distillery Gorgeous brooks, rivers and lakes to explore.

The cabin is fully stocked with plenty of amenities including a 1993 jukebox, a gaming table with roulette, board games, corn hole, always extra clean towels, toiletries shower gel, shampoo & conditioner. Of course toilet paper lol.

The large kitchen with a big fireplace is fully loaded with everything possible to make a great meal while enjoying entertaining your friends & family.
The cabin has 2 Large decks with plenty of areas to sit while enjoying nature sitting around a big fire pit. We supply a bbq and everything needed but food.

Yes we love to get to know our guests. Mike & I are keeping the social distancing rules to keep everyone safe & healthy. We supply you with all the area places and restaurants and things to do in Roscoe & Livingston Manor & Calicoon. We make sure you are comfortable and know where everything is on arrival. Mike & I and our 2 very friendly puppies live on the property we also totally respect your privacy as well. Every guests needs are different and we understand that. We are here to help build bon fires and help with any of your needs.

There is also a cottage and a luxury Rv on the property that we rent as well Every rental has there own private fire pit, decks, and bbq and plenty of space & privacy 98 percent of our past guests loved and enjoy our little resort and the fun set up with outside games and plenty to keep you entertained and peaceful.

Well behaved multi dog friendly & of course human friendly dogs are welcome for no extra charge. Your dogs MUST be able to run off leash no exceptions. Theres is a 2 dog maximum. No pit bulls or full breed German Shepard’s allowed sorry.
