Great location- perfect home for families! The updates were nice! Host was very responsive to any correspondence necessary. Roof top deck was awesome- however need to be able to climb 3 flights of stairs - but also decks offered on all floors! Wish the front porch had more than 1 chair, also there were more baby gear available than we were told- which was nice, but we paid to rent gear we wouldn’t have had to had we known! ( 2 umbrella strollers, 2 pack n plays, slumber pod, floor type bassinet, beach toys, safety gates) the check in book is outdated as you have to physically go check in at security stand at pool vs instructions said they would come to us, they wrote our car a ticket on the first day but kindly disregarded it when we told them instructions were not updated. Overall, great stay and great location! Very responsive to our needs and would stay again!

Needs Seating and Curtains

The house has great views and the deck was awesome to sit relax and take in the view. However, there were only a few chairs. There should be at enough chairs for how many people can stay at the house. We had a group of 8 and not enough chairs for all of us to sit on deck and enjoy the view and weather. The couches in living room are awkward and uncomfortable. They seem to be there for additional sleeping area rather than lounging and watching TV. The driveway to get to house if steep and difficult to navigate but that was expected to have the mountain view. The bedrooms have no curtains or blinds. I understand this allows you to enjoy the views but also makes the rooms very bright when sun comes up. Additionally, changing in the bedrooms is an issue. The house is isolated so chance of someone seeing you is slim. However, during our stay someone was there spraying for bugs outside and friend was in bedroom with no window coverings changing. The last day someone was on property blowing leaves from driveway. Adding curtains that can be opened to the bedrooms would be nice. House was clean and large enough for our group.

Dirty house, chewed up windows and doors inside from dogs, and weird furniture

We were overly disappointed with this property. It was dirty when we arrived, we had to spend hours cleaning sheets (lipstick on my sheets) and bedding upon arrival as well as wiping down things that were dirty, hair in bathroom, soap scum on shower doors, dog food left in sink, furniture was gaudy and uncomfortable, didn't have basic items such as a working can opener or cookie sheet. Mountain view obstructed by a ridiculous tree that could be easily cut down, clearly not kept up or taken care of. Mound of wadded up sleeping bags in closet, broken outdoor furniture, bugs in light fixtures, spiders and dead bugs downstairs, weird head statues in bedroom downstairs, chewed up door frames and window panes, they say no pets but clearly they have a pet because there's a large dog bed and dog house outside. Glad we had no allergies. Missing light bulb in bathroom that we had to replace upon arrival, needs a lot of maintenance, new furniture (especially outside), needs basic kitchen necessities. Felt like a bad dream vs a vacation.

Mountain Trip

1-obstructed View of Mountains by overgrown trees not shown on photos 2- non functional den furniture was a formal “ French-country” style very uncomfortable & not conducive to family gathering 3- deck furniture should be updated all existing pieces did not match and several seemed unsafe for sitting. Views were still decent and where we spent the most time
