About this property

This ocean front condo was just remodeled, refurbished after Hurricane Florence. It has taken 2 years to get everything completed but it has been worth the wait. It is pristine
now. The kitchen has all new cabinets, granite countertops, new appliances. Everything you need to cook is provided. Dining table seats 6, with beautiful light fixture for added charm. The sectional living room furniture is very comfy and sofa has a queen bed. Master bedroom has a new king size bed with full bathroom including a large shower. Second bedroom has a new queen bed also with its own full bathroom. Third bedroom has 2 single beds and a half bath just down the hall. The condo is open floor plan for family living but bedrooms provide privacy. The slider off the living room exits onto the deck with table and 4 chairs for enjoying the outside.

Fall break

We all had a wonderful time. The condo was great. I went to dinner several nights. We really enjoyed our time together without the condo.

Amazing location!!!

Definitely couldn't beat the location. Absolutely loved being steps away from the path to the beach and having the pool across the parking lot. The place is very quiet. We felt completely safe with the kids running ahead of us to and from the beach. Everyone staying on property was extremely nice and friendly which just made our time so much more enjoyable.

My husband and I have 2 condos in Emerald Isle. We bought these condos when we were planning to retire here. So here we are retired now living in Emerald Isle 6 months and Florida 6 months. As time went on we wanted to be a little further south thus the Florida home now. Being from the northeast we want to be where it is warm and out of the snow. We have owned property here in Emerald Isle for a long time now and the charm of a small beach town remains. We love it just as much now as when we bought so many years ago. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do and return year after year.

Why they chose this property

We bought a condo in Queens Court complex and when this one became available, we decided to buy this one as well. Since we love being on the ocean, we could not pass the opportunity up to purchase this ocean front condo. Then we would have room for family and also as an investment. This property is down on the Point as we locals call it. It is almost to the end of the island, so it has a little more privacy feel to it. It only takes 10 minutes to get to activities and town but you feel like you are much further away.

What makes this property unique

This property is ocean front and at the end of the island. It is such a nice walk to the Point and at the right tide the shelling is great. Surf fishing is also a little better here as well. The grounds are beautiful and secluded from traffic with the gated entrance. The pool is very convenient to the condo, just across the parking lot.
