This beautiful home is located in the gated subdivision at the end of West Beach Boulevard, Laguna Key, right by the community pool and the beach walkover. Enjoy a spacious, open floor plan with a sizeable full-size kitchen with two refrigerators that opens up to the living room and dining area, perfect for a large family beach vacation or group getaway! With this home, you will also enjoy the Laguna Key subdivision's shared outdoor pool and tennis court.

The boardwalk for Laguna Key's beach access is just across the street from the subdivision. Take a short drive into town, where you'll find numerous dining and shopping options. You can also spend the day at Gulf State Park, only eight miles east, where you can hike the nature trails, fish, swim, kayak, and even golf!

The climate will impact the pool temperature because the weather might be unpredictable. Therefore, sudden dips in temperature might cause the pool water's temperature to drop.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great Vacation Rental

Very clean, beautiful, comfortable home. We had 11 adults and 3 toddlers and house fit our needs very well. Very comfortable beds!!

Great Choice

This home has a good layout and even offers views of the Gulf without being on the beach. There is space inside for gathering and the walk to the beach is very short. There are a few beach chairs and one umbrella in the garage for beach use and also several usable bikes. The neighborhood is small and the people we met were friendly. Doctor’s Orders made for a a very pleasant and relaxing getaway.

Awesome Time

It was a great location (secluded) !!! Our stay was awesome except for Saturday afternoon, there was a house right outside of neighborhood that was having some type of party and a lot of them decided to come to the pool and made the pool over crowded!! So we had to leave the pool. Not only were they not staying in the neighborhood the security guard was using her golf cart to bring them to the pool. But all and all it was a great stay minus that one afternoon!!!

We had a great time staying here! Loved how close it was to the beach. We had plenty of space for our family of 17 people. Kids, teens, and adults. Would stay here again

Great spot

Wonderful house to host multiple families. Super easy walk to the beach and perfect location close to pool. Multiple balconies also a nice plus. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay
