This property is privately owned and not part of SB Condo association so pool usage is not allowed at Spring Brook. You can spend time at the many amusement and water parks all with in a 15 minute drive. Golf the many great surrounding courses or ski down the areas snow caps in the winter.

Clean and fun!

Chad does a great job communicating prior to arrival. The pictures are great and do the place justice. But we were even more thrilled when we walked in. Everyone had that "woah, this is going to be awesome". The kids loved the game room, as did the adults playing pool. Overall, perfect place, perfect weekend.

Great gateway

We have been really surprised by how clean the cabin was. Very cozy and beautifully decorated. If you are looking for a great way to spend a weekend this cabin is perfect.

Happy Thanksgiving

We had a great time at this house! The family and I celebrated our Thanksgiving at this house this year and it went perfectly. This house is conveniently located, spotlessly clean, and has one of the most well equipped kitchens I’ve experienced. I honestly don’t have one negative thing to say about this house. Also, Chad was very responsive and worked with us throughout this entire rental process. Would definitely rent this house again!

This place is dope af!

Everything about our stay was awesome! First off, great communication with the host. He was able to let us check in a little early upon request. The property is amazing...great yard for games, sweet fire pit, and a dope af game room in the basement. We had so much fun! Thanks!
