About this property

There are three Cal-King masters on-suites: two are on the main floor and one upstairs. The remaining Cal-King bedroom and a children's full over full bunk bed share the hallway bathroom. The bathrooms are all upgraded with tile floors and quartz countertops. Beautiful hardwood floors run throughout the home.

Spacious open-concept main living room. Beautifully upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Plenty of seating at the custom dining room table, with additional seating at the Kitchen island. Main Living Room has a 60' TV w/DVD player. Hi-Speed Wireless Internet is included.

A full-size washer and dryer are located right off the kitchen. There is a second living room that contains a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The home has Central Air & Heat.

Relax in our sparkling jacuzzi that comfortably seats 15. Enjoy our outdoor seating and natural gas BBQ Grill.

This house SLEEPS 12 in Beds and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 12 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).

Family vacation for graduation

Stayed for an extended weekend with my family (adults 20-80) for my daughter's graduation. House was very nice, tons of space, quality furniture, beds/linens were high quality, kitchen was set up for cooking if you are into that. Description says pool but is really a large spa that also works for a pool. I was worried about all the rules (noise, parking, etc) but had no issues. Only annoying thing was the alarm to the backyard due to pool but we got used that. Highly recommend the property, definitely 5 star.

Beautiful Orange So Cal house

House was great with an open floor plan and updates throughout. The in ground hot tub was amazing. Neighborhood was great and safe for walks/runs. Would definitely stay here again!

Roomy, Updated, and Clean House

Overall, we were very happy with our stay. Expectations were communicated well in advance and the house was just as shown as online pictures. Check in was a breeze. The house was completely updated and had room and storage for everyone to have their own space. The pool was a nice welcome after long days. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. Logistically, we were close to everything and had easy access to the highway. The neighborhood was very safe and the other houses were modest, well kept and showed pride of ownership. We were a little confused on trash day. The contract stated Thursday’s but neighbors didn’t have their trash out. So we didn’t get it to the street on Thursday. We later realized it was actually Friday morning and missed the trucks. I’m hoping we are not charged; the previous renter’s trash was also in the cans, perhaps they were a little confused too? If I had anything to constructively add, I would say the rules and contract seemed very strict. Our group felt a little stressed at times by all the rules laid out via contract and signs on the walls. I guess I would rather have the strict rules than a house in shambles. In all, we would not hesitate to return and highly recommend to large groups and those willing to abide by all rules of the contract and city ordinances.

Nice home close to Disney

Nice comfortable home close to Disney. Plenty of room for a large family or group of friends. Over all a nice accommodation.

Disneyland trip

It was a great house, very comfortable and clean. It accommodated 11 of us beautifully. The drive to Disneyland was only a 14 minute drive so it was convenient. Definitely would stay here again!
