Convenient, well appointed, just like home

This apartment in a nicely maintained building is well thought out with two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The master bathroom even has a double vanity sink. It's location is fantastic for conveniences including a movie theater, restaurants, and a downstairs coffee shop as well as nearby Beach or bluff walks. Our hosts, Arlene and Dennis, were readily available by text and phone, not only for questions about the unit, but as unpaid consultants regarding places to eat and see in the area. They were the model of responsiveness. As an example, our TV remote was lacking a few functions, and they had it replaced within a day or two! They were genuinely concerned that everything should go well for us, from check-in to check out, and everything in between. If you treat their apartment as if it were your own, they will treat you like family! The pictures posted online of the unit are faithful to its actual appearance. It is well equipped and flawlessly functional. I have nothing but super reviews of both the unit and its owners!

Perfect South Bay Location and Accommodations!

Beautiful, safe and well appointed condominium. Excellent location, furnishings and safe, easy parking. The Host was ultra accessible and accommodating. The location is sheer perfection for a stay in the South Bay, especially if your travel requires you to be around in the Palos Verdes area. Everything you need is close by and you can walk to many restaurants and shopping if you choose. I had a great experience and cannot recommend this property and Host highly enough. Perfection!

Felt like home from the first minute

All you could ask for and more.... Spacious apartment in a nice building, gym, and a recreation room I could use to celebrate my 60th birthday! We enjoyed watching and feeding the birds, while sipping our morning coffee on the balcony. Arleen is very attentive and friendly, we hope to come back soon! Auf Wiedersehen!

Great place to stay in the heart of Palos Verdes

We wanted a place that allowed easy access to most parts of Palos Verdes and this was a great place. The hosts Arleen and Dennis were very accommodating to changes in our travel plans and quickly responded to any questions we had. The condo is new and very nice. There are stores and restaurants within walking distance and lots more in Redondo Beach just 15 min. away. The kitchen is adequate and the reclining chairs are perfect for the evenings at home watching a movie. The two bathrooms are large and well appointed. Both bedrooms were good sized and the master had a very comfortable queen sized bed. This is a great place to stay, especially at the price!
